Enjoyed our stay - everything was so clean. The location was close to good beaches and other sites Great shower and nice queen size bed. Towels and beach chairs provided. Kitchen has most everything for cooking - a few ice trays would of been nice. Beautiful view from lanai - however it's standing room only. Pool great and garden landscape was so beautiful.
Did not feel our stay @ Prince Kuhio condos was worth what we paid. Also guess I didn’t read the fine print/NO AC:( Sleeping was tough with placement of the 3 fans provided, due to limited electrical plugs in bedroom. Condo itself was not a place you would want to spend much time in - other than bedroom, it was dark inside.
We ended up checking out day early due to no AC & condo community in general was a bit creepy.
1 plus was a comfortable bed!:)

Beautiful location, able to walk to several beaches and attractions. Parking was a little tight. I didn’t realize the property didn’t have air conditioning but after all the windows and doors were open and fans on, it wasn’t noticeable. It was lovely listening to the ocean at night! Cute condo overall, excellent communication from host. Everything I needed for my trip! Definitely recommend!
Comfortable stay . lots of kitchenware , a cooler, beach towels , Tupperware , plastic wrap / aluminum foil . water bottles , coffee with Kureg and snacks upon arrival . Nice view from balcony . Leslie was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and Clorox wipes . Would stay again if we ever came to Kauai.
Leslie was very good about getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. The condo is in a great location! Loved snorkeling right across the street and watching the sunset. Thank you for everything!

The best part about this place is the location- beautiful views and convenient to South shore highlights. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed.
We enjoyed this condo especially the location, the view and having a kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the owner communicated well and we appreciated the coin operated laundry machines in the building. The basic cooking utensils were available. You may want to bring a couple storage containers since we didn't see any there. Plenty of coffee, tea and creamers were provided. There are 2 lock boxes for entry, which were a bit difficult to see at night when we arrived but once we realized it was the one on the door knob we had no real trouble using it. Be sure to have a flash light available at night. The beach chairs and towels and cooler were great for beach outings. The restaurant across the street has a fabulous yard for viewing the sunsets. The building is older but well maintained and this unit has been nicely updated.
The location was great. I enjoyed walking to spouting horn and the gardens in the morning. I walked over to the beach house for happy hour/dinner and music. Very close to shopping centers ,beach and restaurants. Easy parking. The couch was uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The front door was difficult to open and the lockbox was confusing initially because there were two. I was unable to replace the key in the lockbox when I left. The owner was very responsive and nice when I couldn’t get in on arrival.
Clean and great location, just need the front door adjusted a bit so it opens and closes better but that wont stop me from staying there again.
The location of this property is excellent. It is easy to get anywhere on the island from here. Not that you necessarily have to go anywhere. There’s plenty to do within walking distance (beach, snorkeling, diving, surfing, dining, shops).
