We are a 3 Acre Luxury Vacation Rental Property with an Award Winning Coffee Farm comfortably nestled on the slopes of Hualalai overlooking Kailua-Kona.

This rental is composed of 1 Suite and 1 Cottage.

We have a brand new split system AC and heating in every room and living room. The Cottage only has AC in the bedroom.

All rooms in the Vista Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck and infinity pool. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds – when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 1 queen and 1 twin-sized bed. It has its own bath down the hall. That bathroom also is where the laundry room it located that features (2)modern full size washer/dryers. The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. It also has a couch with a queen size pull out sleeper bed. This pull out has been upgraded to accept a full 8” mattress instead of the customary 4” mattress. The bed is comfortable even for a full size adult. The Vista Suite is about 1,800 sq ft and the deck and pool easily adds another 1,000.

The Cottage sleeps 3 people in 600 sq ft. It is a true one bedroom and not a studio. It has 1 full size bed and 1 queen size bed. It also has a queen-size pull-out sleeper bed as outlined above. There is also a modern washer/dryer in the Kitchen area.

In this unit, it is not a full kitchen, it has an electric induction stove that has two spot. There is also microwave, oven and etc.

The gym is now opened. It features commercial grade Life Fitness cardio machines in a spacious 600 sq ft gym overlooking the incredible view.

The newly reopened gym is around 600 sq ft. There is also a huge parking area. The original estate was built to house two separate families that used to vacation together so privacy was built into the design.The entryway is open and offers separate entrances. We live here but keep a very low profile. We are often out in the fields or doing landscaping duties. We don't use the pool or hot tub or entertain when we have guests. We can offer advice about local activities, drive times etc. before or during your stay. The gym accepts vaccinated guests and has high end Life Fitness cardio machines.

The infinity pool is shared with guests of our other property and we use a reservation system to allow guests to privately reserve the pool for a preferred time slot (max reservations 3 hours daily). We will send you the link for the reservation system on the day of your check in.

We have an Optimum Business Internet connection here that delivers up to 600 mps to the whole estate. The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-250 mbs and offers extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. Our system is monitored offsite.
