***There will be rooftop renovations in Pacific Monarch. The building management informed us that painting of the walls on the rooftop will begin this Wednesday, Mar 15 and will take approximately 1-2 weeks. The Jacuzzi will be closed for repairs from March 27 – April 5. Only affected areas will be closed while work is being done, and/or waiting for paint to dry.
***These renovations will not affect the accessibility of the room.
Please take note of the following for your information:
•There will be a few days the spa will be closed when new stone coping & deck tiles will be installed.
•The pool may require closure for one or two days to allow application of surface waterproofing around it. •The BBQ grills will be out of service 2 - 3 weeks when the contractors work on that area beginning late next week, or the week after.
•There could be construction noise, paint smells (this will be outdoors, so it is not expected to be a big problem) & temporary closures of portions of the rooftop as they work on these projects.
They haven't announced the rest of the dates yet, but we will update this as soon as we receive the schedule.
