We enjoyed our 1st visit to Kauai. This room was beautiful and the resort has great amenities like a great pool, restaurant and bar on location, and a decent beach. The resort is conveniently located in Kapa'a which has a lot of local stores and restaurants.
Kauai calls communicated well with us prior to our stay, left great instructions in the room, and was helpful with any questions. I did have an issue with the app they asked me to download, which was not compatible with my Android phone. However, Kauai calls responded quickly to my issue and sent me any information i would have needed from the app.
Overall our stay was great and we look forward to returning here again next year.
