    This condo is just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Charlie Young, Kam I, II & III. Located within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife experiences, nothing is too far from Maui Vista!
    Golf at the famous Wailea golf course, which is less than 10 minutes away. Adventure out to the ocean by walking to Kihei Boat Landing or driving 15 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat! From there you enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, and even a relaxing sunset cruise. A short walk to The Cove, where you can rent surfboards, get surfing lessons, and even paddle boarding lessons. Stock up on groceries or shop for souvenirs at the Kalama Village. The following restaurants are within walking distance; Kihei Cafe, Ohana Seafood Bar & Grill, Threes Bar & Grill, Lava Java Coffee Roasters, Paia Fish Market, Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse, Kianole Grill Food Trucks, ABC Variety Store (deli/takeout), Maui Thai Bistro, Coconut’s Fish Cafe, 808 Deli, and Kihei Food Truck Park.     The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed within 24 hours upon booking. We do not typically allow early or late check-ins, if requested and approved 3 days before arrival or departure, we do charge $40/hr.
