Welcome to our one-bedroom condo in Kamaole Sands located in desirable Building 5, unit 307. As new owners we have just finished extensive update of our condo which includes but not limited to:
-New Split AC system in both living room and bedroom
-New full size Samsung washer and dryer
-New king size matrass
-New fridge with ice maker
-New sofa sleeper in the living room

With these latest upgrades it makes it perfect place to relax and soak up the island vibes and feel like home. With an ocean view from the lanai and the inner circle of the complex, including the pool, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your Hawaiian getaway.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with new orthopedic matrass, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The master bathroom is conveniently located in the bedroom for privacy and convenience.
In the living room, you'll find a cozy new queen-size sleeper sofa, a comfortable reclining armchair, and a brand new 65" TV for your entertainment needs. There's also a second bathroom with a shower, providing plenty of space and flexibility for everyone in your party. New washer and dryer in unit for your use can make for light packing.
As you step into our condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space that's perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a Keurig coffee maker to help jumpstart your day. The dining area is perfect for enjoying your creations with family and friends.
But perhaps the best part of our condo is the outdoor space. Step onto the lanai and you'll be greeted by stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and lush tropical foliage. It's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.
The Kamaole Sands is one of Maui’s top-ranked resorts, with 15 acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds and the largest resort pool in South Kihei. Condo was exactly as described and Anton was EXCELLENT to work with! We enjoyed the beach chairs supplied and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics to get us started! Would stay here again for sure!!

This was our second time in Maui and we have stayed in South Kihei both times because of the walkability of the neighborhood and the family feel of the town. You get to immerse yourself in the local culture when compared to the resorts in Wailea or West Maui.
This condo in the Sands had a great view of the pool, grounds, and the ocean. The lanai was perfect for our morning coffee and watching the sunset. The pool, hot tubs, and gym were a short walk down. The resort is well maintained, the pool and hot tubs are cleaned every morning, and open until 10 pm which is great for night swimming! Walk across the street and you can enjoy one of the best beaches too.
The condo is as described with a great new AC that kept both the bedroom and living room nice and cool. Although with the front door and lanai doors open, you get a nice breeze and don't need the AC much. The kitchen had all the amenities needed for both cooking and BBQing. Two different types of coffee makers and all appliances.
New full-size washer & dryer came in useful during our week-long stay too. Two bathrooms are upgraded and had plenty of supplies. Bedrooms were a good size with lots of room for clothes in the dresser and closet.
Anton, the host, communicated well and responded quickly. We were there during the fires and he reached out right away to make sure we were ok. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this condo in July of 2023 and had a wonderful trip. We were actually traveling with family and had family members in several condos in Building 5. This condo definitely had the best view and the most modern amenities. The kitchen and baths were well stocked, but it was the small details that really caught my attention, like the fact that there were extra plugs on both sides of the bed in the bedroom (so many places forget how much stuff we have to charge) and an electric water kettle for those of us who are tea drinkers :). It is also so rare to find a bathtub in these condos, so that was a great feature as well!
The view was amazing, both during the day and in the evening. Also, even though we are on the third floor and it was July in Kihei, we did not need the AC in the majority of the condo most of the time. We could leave the screen door and front door open while we were there and the trade winds cooled the condo nicely (though it was great to have a separate AC in the bedroom!).
This was an amazing condo and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This is a well maintained condo, very clean and nicely appointed. The owners were very responsive to emails. I’ve been staying at various Kamaole Sands condos 2 to 3 times a year for 15 years and this unit has absolutely the best air conditioning system by far. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and the pool with two hot tubs + a toddler pool are nice and clean. The Kihei area beaches are fantastic, 10+ beaches to explore, a different one for each day of your trip. I’ve been to all the islands and Kihei, Maui is my favorite of all.
