This is the best located accommodation in Hilo. It is just walks away from beautiful Wailoa State Park, where King Kamehameha Statue is located right in front of Hilo Bay. Hilo bay, Liliuokalani Park and Gardens, Coconut Island, Richardson Beach, Rainbow Falls, "Boiling Pots" are just 10 minutes away. 25 minutes drive to Akaka falls State Park. Volcano National Park is just 45 minutes away.

We enjoyed it for a week. It was as represented in the pictures or better, had everything needed for comfort, was close to MANY nice restaurants, convenient to downtown, next to the bay, had a nice pool, and the owner response was immediate for any questions we had. A nice place to come home to and relax after a day of exploring the big island.

Linda's condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need: bed, bathroom, porch, tv, fully stocked kitchen, pool. Linda communicates quickly and goes above and beyond to make you feel special. It is very close to everything in town. Just know that there is no air conditioning. We were fine with the fans on and doors open, but good to know ahead of time.

We were very happy with the accommodation. Linda’s instructions prior to our arrival was spot on. The studio interior was excellent, quiet neighborhood, parking was a breeze. The location is easily accessible to the areas we visited. I definitely would stay here again.
