Not super fancy, but so clean and comfortable.

Pros: great location, clean, essentials all provided, easy access, amenities were very good, decorated to feel comfortable with welcoming macadamia nuts!
Cons: bathroom although clean, has black mold around tub, paint peeling off walls and cabinets and had to have maintenance come fix the shower(which they promptly did) also has white duct tape on the seams of the floor under the door holding it together. There was construction or something going on the first few days above us which was noisy.
Overall, would use again.

We enjoyed our stay. We love the Turtle Bay location. Quiet, close to a nice beach, walking trails and away from traffic and crowds.

The condo was clean, good AC and stocked with everything we needed. I hope they have plans for some updates. There was some peeling wall paint, stained carpet and torn linoleum, but that was all just visual issues. There was an old hotel room kind of odor (probably from the carpet), but we just opened windows some. All in all it was a great place. Clean is the most important for us.
