We have been staying in various Kuilima condos for 30 years. This one has a nice location. It needs some improvements. Pealing paint, cuts in kitchen floor, kitchen cabinets are pealing, patio screen is broken and doesn't open or fit its space.

Older condo, but well outfitted with everything you need and very clean.
Neighborhood is in a great location. This unit was clean. Had some stress marks. Meaning carpet had a couple stains. Linoleum was peeling up and had white duct tape holding it down. Other than that this unit was A great experience. Just need a little freshening up from the wear and tear of being a rental unit. You won’t be disappointed though. Great view from the Lanai onto the golf course. Pool location was very close. Parking spot was about 15 feet away from the front door. All in all would highly recommend.
It was a nice stay at Turtle Bay. Property managers were very pleasant and accessible.
Could use some repair and updates too many to list.
Not super fancy, but so clean and comfortable.
Pros: great location, clean, essentials all provided, easy access, amenities were very good, decorated to feel comfortable with welcoming macadamia nuts!
Cons: bathroom although clean, has black mold around tub, paint peeling off walls and cabinets and had to have maintenance come fix the shower(which they promptly did) also has white duct tape on the seams of the floor under the door holding it together. There was construction or something going on the first few days above us which was noisy.
Overall, would use again.
Great property and location. The bed was really firm. Don’t book during concert weekend.

There was some peeling wall paint, stained carpet and torn linoleum, but that was all just visual issues. There was an old hotel room kind of odor (probably from the carpet), but we just opened windows some. All in all it was a great place. Clean is the most important for us.
