With views of Mauna Kea and a short walk to the ocean parks on Hilo Bay, you have the best of what Hilo offers. This condo features a spacious one bedroom with a hardwood king sized bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a step-in tub with shower, toilet, and sink with vanity mirror. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook in the condo including a full sized range with oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, InstaPot, panini press, and so much more. Sit at our modern bar and sample island brews in our elegant glassware. The living room has a comfortable sofa and side chair for enjoying entertainment on the flat screen TV with Free Wi-Fi and basic cable channels. Our unit has two small balconies for enjoying Hilo and mountain views. The condo is fully airconditioned with two temperature control units.
The Hilo Lagoon Condo complex has a large outdoor pool that is available for your use. There is a coin operated laundry room on the 9th floor for your use and the building has 24 hour security and off-street parking. The property was in perfect condition. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only thing I would mention would be that the shower is very short. I am 5’8 and it was a bit of a struggle to bend down to rinse my hair. If you were much taller, this may be too uncomfortable:) We had a very peaceful stay and communication was excellent.

This is a spacious, clean one bedroom unit in a building with 24/7security. The location is handy to the airport, old, historical downtown Hilo, waterfront parks, and easy access to Hwy 11 and Hwy 19. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo was stylish, clean, comfortable with nice views of Hilo from the 9th floor. It was an ideal location for all our adventures in and around Hilo. We loved walking around the lush grounds around surrounding the property. One small downside was the very low bathroom sink area and extremely low showerhead. We are tall people so it was awkward. Also, we missed having a dishwasher.

My wife and I enjoyed the property. We had the fortunate privilege to briefly meet and talk the actual owner. She was super sweet and nice. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the special care she took in decorating the one bedroom. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

I am a little torn The room was everything we expected and we were perfectly happy.
Hilo is struggling a bit economically so the building was a bit worn. Given there are some businesses in it I would think it would be a bit better.
Would I stay again? Yes.

Nice, clean place that is close to many restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The soap and shampoo provided was really poor quality so bring your own. The room was fairly bright and I’d have appreciated some blackout curtains, but it was still nice and quiet at night. Having an extra blanket would have been nice as there was only a thin bedspread and a small blanket that wasn’t long enough for me and wasn’t wide enough to share. Other than these few substandard amenities, it was an enjoyable stay.
