This was the best part of our 10 days in Hawaii! The location is perfect, the view from the sun deck was spectacular! I would absolutely stay there again. All of the front desk staff were courteous and pleasant. The apartment was very neat, clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with most of the items we needed to prepare food during our stay. The room did get very hot, and the AC was did not seem to adjust well.

Perfect for two people having a short stay. We were in town for a wedding and watched the sunrise every morning from the deck upstairs. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, and a convenience store.

This is a residence for people and not a great place to stay for those visiting out of town. The air conditioner does not work properly. It needs to be replaced with a unit twice as big. We couldn’t even sleep We should’ve been refunded our entire stay we had to leave

The view wasn't as expected from the photos, but was OK. The Murphy bed was not expected, worth the large gap at the head that"ate" pillows and wasn't super comfortable. The shower door and nozzle needed work arounds to use but we were able to figure out those. The biggest challenge was that, while we had the air conditioner on, the ceiling fan on, and an additional fan going at night, it never cooled to a comfortable sleeping temperature. It was loud and obviously working hard, but just couldn't cut it. We lived the location and staff. The parking isn't great unless you have a super small vehicle since they have very limited spots, but we used the zoo parking most of the time. We did enjoy our time, but just felt the place needed a few fixes.

the apartment is on the ninth floor of a condominium very close to the beach, so excellent location. it is equipped with everything you need. only observation for stays longer than a couple of days like ours I would leave a few more coffee pods available

This was an amazing place all around. The location couldn’t be better. We had a small issue and it was handled so quickly by our host. A fun place in a great location surrounded by the nicest people made our stay beyond 5 star

The studio apartment was furnished comfortably and met our expectation. The Grand Waikiki Hotel staffs was courteous and helpful. The roof deck was perfect to sit on and enjoy the sunrise & the sunset.
The beach is around the corner and wonderful. Location is around many amenities.

My wife and I loved our stay at Waikiki Grand. The accomodations were exactly as promised. A bit aged, but everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is on the end of the beach. You have a choice of crazy beach or quiet parks. The only draw back was no beach chairs were provided. Will be back!

We had a short stay after visiting another island. The location was perfect. The home was very clean and very basic. Didn’t hear a peep from anything while we were there. I’d recommend for a short stay!

location is great. the tenth floor deck is nice, front desk was polite and helpful. not 100% sure what the deal is with the waikiki grand, but it was built in 1963 and its age shows. in this unit there is a single wall unit ac that struggles to keep up with the space in hot weather. its a corner unit on the ninth of ten floors, next to a trash chute. we didn’t hear things from the adjacent units but general outside noise like trash trucks woke us around 4 one morning. the shower had less pressure and heat than we like, and half or more of the individual holes in the heads were blocked. pool is not impressive, but no one seems to use it: the beach is a block away.
