    Picture postcard unrestricted views of the Pacific greet you as you enter this relaxing home. The home is high on a volcanic bluff, so you enjoy the soothing sounds of waves crashing at high tide and watch sea turtles floating in the green-blue surf. November thru March are the best times to see whales and dolphins in the bay. All the spacious rooms offer views of the ocean from almost every window. The colorful living quarters are situated on the second level, and there's a vast upstairs lanai for you to enjoy breakfast with Hawaiian coffee or afternoon cocktails outdoors. Natural koa wood flooring throughout the house and fine teak furnishings are of the ancient Hawaiian traditions on our island.

    The home sleeps six with two queen beds in one bedroom, and the primary has one queen bed with a panoramic ocean view. Frequent rainbows are seen through the mist!

    There are lovely snorkeling tide pools within a mile or two. One can easily stroll casually along the volcanic cliffs over the surf as you look for little crabs and opihi. There is no direct access to the beach.

    The home is situated on what is said to be the most beautiful road on the east side of the Big Island. Paradise Ala Kai is a must- A daily stroll thru paradise is good exercise for the mind and body. Discover new lush tropical plants along your journey. Your private half-acre of lush sculptured gardening with meandering paths throughout is a bonus.

    Soak in the hot tub all day, and maybe add a cocktail at sunset. Imagine yourself in the outdoor volcanic shower overlooking the bay. Amenities abound in this beautiful tropical paradise!
