This peaceful condo enjoys a true oceanfront location, right in front of the surf break on the garden level of Kona Riviera Villa. Your front door opens directly to the oceanfront pool deck, where you can take refreshing dips in the afternoons, lounge in the sunshine, and barbecue on the gas grill. Leave your car in the free parking space and easily stroll to the farmers market across the street or into the heart of Kona town about a mile and a half up Ali'i Drive.
Greet each morning outside on the lanai, sipping a mug of Kona coffee, taking in the ocean breeze, and spotting turtles and schools of yellow tang in the waves below. There's also a table and chairs outside for alfresco breakfasts and memorable sunset dinners.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and a mirrored living room wall fill the condo with sunlight. The furnishings in the living room are all brand new (May 2022), creating a beautiful, air-conditioned space to recline with a good book, a newspaper, or a movie on the cable TV.
