Kamaole Sands #4-202 is a second floor one bedroom two bath unit with a lovely partial ocean view from the large-lanai. This spacious unit provides air-conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and complimentary wifi. There is a queen bed, a SmartTV and a portable a/c unit in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The living room also provides a wall unit a/c unit and a SmartTV. It is just a short walk to the beautiful pool area and the courtyard fountain. For outdoor enjoyment, Kamaole Sands #4-202 is supplied with beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels. Sleeps 4.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities.

This unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing meals. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The lanai was spacious, the only drawback was that it faced the road so there was some traffic noise, but the bedroom was quiet. There were beach chairs , beach towels , a beach umbrella and coolers so a day at the beach was very do-able.
The resort is lovely and well maintained and right across the road from a beautiful sandy beach that was even suitable for snorkeling. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The unit meet all of my accommodations however it was dusty and the linen was smelly to where I could not use the towels when we showered.

Love this place! It felt like I was staying at one of my family’s home. The pictures of who owned this place along with pictures of their kids when they where young visiting Maui made it feel so warm, and happy to know I was in a loving home . Not to mention it was equipped with anything you could possibly need, it was extremely clean. Will return!

We had great time staying in this condo and complex.
There were some electrical works for a day when we visited but other than that no issues
Very convenient location right across the beach park and close to all amenities

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo! It’s centrally located and within walking distance to beaches and shopping. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need from cooking meals or going to the beach! This condo has it all! The complex is quite and everyone is so friendly. The owners of the condo were so kind and quick to respond if I had any questions.
We will definitely be back!

I specifically booked this location with Perry and Barbara because I stayed here last year and had a great experience. This year was just as great! I will probably book it again the next time we travel to Maui.
