We've stayed in furnished rentals for the majority of the last year and out of all of them, this was by far our worst experience. We would never stay in this complex again for the following reasons:
1. The master is a dark room with hardly any light plus the light and fan did not work.
2. When anyone smokes around the building it fills the master with an INTENSE smoke smell. I was told to contact security, who said they couldn't do anything unless we were able to identify the unit the smoke was coming from.
3. The master is located off the main walkway near the complex trash, so the noise was loud with people returning drunk in the middle of the night and trash disposal.
4. Our kids were not comfortable using the pools, even though we've never had issues with pools before. People were very rude and complained if they made any sounds during pool hours, yet many nights adults were obnoxious and loud in the pool, which can be heard very loudly inside the unit.
As for the actual unit- it was clean aside from glass in the loft my son cut his foot on. The furniture, paint, and floors were newer. There was a nice ocean view from the balcony with a quick walk across the street to access Charlie Young Beach. We were charged for stained towels after we left; I'm not sure how we stained the towels, but images were provided upon request. I was in contact with the owner during our stay who was responsive and offered additional cleaning if needed. Condo was 4 stars, complex 1 star.
Nicely updated condo in a great location. Great layout, nice furniture, and ocean view. Quick and easy access to Charlie Young beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
We have stayed at several units in Maui Vista and this is one of the best. Very clean! Unit is in front, right across the street from Charley Young Beach. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Easy communication with owner and property manager.
Very nice top floor ocean facing condo near everything in Kihei. Modern decor is nice. Nothing fancy but everything new and comfortable. Worked perfectly for our family of four.

Our family loved this condo. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The ocean view is awesone and we saw some some amazing sunsets from our balcony. Kihei is so relaxing and peaceful and the central location is perfect for trips to Hana and Kapalua. I highly recommend!
