On the positive side you are in Wailea which is beautiful and the condo is stocked with a range of good items- glassware, plates, knives( very dull but plentful), and assorted other items that come in handy. Beach chairs and umbrella in good condition etc.On the Negatives, the floors and area rugs are filthy. Walk around with bare feet and they’ll be black by bedtime. Dishwasher was hit or miss when trying to turn on. Took several try’s each time we used it. The washer dryer also needs replacing as they are long in the tooth and can make some odd noises. The washer wouldn’t spin dry our last load so we had to take out soppping wet items and try to dry them on the outdoor chairs. Shower pressure was lean at best. Finally the condo is right next to Okulani Drive and the traffic noise is considerable. You cannot have a quiet morning or evening on the Lanai.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO at the Ekahi!
The condo was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals.
The condo is just a short walk away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean and pool facilities whenever we wanted. It is also a short walk to the Shops at Wailea, where you can grab a bite or do a bit of shopping.
The host was also fantastic – incredibly responsive, and always ready to offer helpful recommendations for things to do around Maui. It was clear they cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible, and their attention to detail was truly appreciated.
Overall, my stay was excellent. Can't wait to come back!
Love the unit, so well-equipped was the kitchen, the recreational gear was perfect, access to beaches and pools excellent. Village is a tropical garden paradise with soft lawns, near-private pools and stunning ocean views at every turn of the path. A beautiful getaway.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Wailea Ekahi Village. The place was very clean and spacious. Great kitchen with full amenities. Comfortable bed (didn't use the sleeper sofa) and powerful AC in the living area and bedroom kept it comfortable. The apartment was a quick 3 minute walk down to the Keawakapu Beach through the middle of the condo property and also had a great pool and guesthouse area to lounge in when the afternoon trade winds came in. We had an issue with the water heater being turned waaay down and only providing lukewarm water for 2 minutes (not great when you have multiple people needing a shower). The managing group sent someone over the next day and it was much better.
The one thing to know about this booking is you are paying a VRBO fee to VRBO and then paying the rest of the booking directly to the management company on their website. Caught me off guard at first and thought it was a scam but it isn't. In fact, you can probably find the booking directly through the management company instead and save.
Definitely would come here again if we go to maui.

Each year when I checked in the people were very kind.
However this year when I checked in ...one woman
with a chip on her shoulder was so mean, I was talking to the 2 other wonderful ladies she actually forced me to leave the office!!!!! I can say alot more but I dont want to
waste my time on a sour puss lady!!!
The property is well equipped, clean, and was ready upon our arrival
The condo is fabulous, super comfortable bed with luxurious sheets. Everything was spotless and fresh. The grounds are gorgeous. Lots of grass and trees and multiple swimming pools and they even have pickle ball courts. to come back to Maui and this is a top choice for us.
