Everything about our stay was fantastic. However, the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of A/C. Hence why my wife and I moved the mattress into the living room next to the balcony.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we specially enjoyed the view from our lanai. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was great for the kids. I highly recommend this place!

This is such a perfect place to stay in Kona! We’ve stayed at Sea Village before and this place is definitely where we’d go again. The view is GORGEOUS! It’s such a private lanai; you can’t see anyone else, and it’s a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved sitting out there every morning with breakfast and coffee, hearing the waves crash, and seeing the spinner dolphins. Sunsets are beautiful from here too— yes you can’t see the sun itself, but it’s still a beautiful view, and we usually walked down to the pool area anyway to sit on the edge of the property to view the sunsets :) the place itself had everything you could need: two coolers, two full size boogie boards, a beach umbrella, towels, beach chairs, blow up toys, and snorkel equipment (including fins in multiple sizes that fit my husband and I). It was just my husband and I so we didn’t need the extra bedroom, but we did appreciate two bathrooms and the master bed is very comfy. While there’s no AC, they have tons of high powered working fans that kept the rooms more than cool enough (especially leaving the windows with screens open and the balcony door with the screen open). We appreciated how many fans there were and that they worked well. The kitchen is lovely to cook in, with a blender and plenty of cooking utensils. Being on the top floor was nice and quiet. This place is amazing for its view, private lanai, and beach accessories! And the location of sea village itself is perfect— off the busy strip (quiet at night), but walkable to so many restaurants. It’s a short drive to beaches, and a good branching off point for the big island attractions (I recommend a car just for getting around the island and seeing all the beautiful places). The pool, hot tub, and grill are great! The area is very well maintained. We loved staying here, check in was easy, and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

Just left 6 nights and had a great stay. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. We loved getting coffee and smoothies at green flash (closed on the weekends). The closest / best beach for sand and swimming we found was magic sands which was about 5 minute drive. We had 2 small children with us and we found it pretty easy to walk to the shops and restaurants in Kona with them in the stroller (you do have to walk on the road though). AC was a definitely necessity and we were so thankful to have it!

This place had a perfect location. We were close to everything but away from the hustle. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Could watch the dolphins from the deck and listen to the waves. Great pool and hot tub and grill. We loved it!!

Beautiful, peaceful view! Everything you would need and more provided in the unit. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The pool and surroundings were very clean and not crowded. The air conditioning made it very comfortable. A little coffee shop on the premises (The green Flash) was wonderful! It is a lovely walk to town. The unit was great, we love Sea Village, and we love the town of Kona!!

This condo has a wonderful view, is clean and well taken care of, and is a great location for enjoying Kona. The only downside is how busy the road is and the fact that there was no where to walk to.
