There is no air conditioning at this resort.
Valley Isle Resort is beachfront property, with lots of sand and sun only a few feet from the building. On the south side of the beach, there is an area where you see and swim with turtles daily. In the winter months and early spring, you can watch the humpback whales putting on a wonderful display of breaching and tail slapping. Valley Isle Resort features an open-air lobby and hallways, easy access elevators, swimming pool, BBQ grills and is an easy walk to local shopping, groceries, and restaurants including the Maui Brewing Company. Kaanapali, Lahaina and Kapalua are less than 15 minutes away.
Beach access at the Valley Isle Resort may be limited from time to time due to ocean and swell conditions.
Quam Properties provides a complete set of linens for the kitchen, bed and bath as well as starter supplies including dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent and paper products.
1 Queen Bed. Minimum 4-night stay. 17.42% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total rental amount. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

You may cancel outside the 30 days before your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. We do not refund once within 30 days of arrival....
