The space was very clean. Parking was convenient. There were many restaurants around. The space had a really great view of the ocean and was just a 10 minute drive to most of the great spots in wailea.
Excellent property. Very nice ocean view. Very nice, upgraded furnishings and design. Balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. Definitely recommend. Very good value.
Our family travels a lot and stays in a lot of vacation rentals. This one was probably a top 2 for me. First of all the view is phenomenal, cannot be topped. Steps from the beach, nice quiet pool. The remodel is top notch. Parking is easy and free, check in and check out was seamless. I was sad to leave. It was so nice to have all the beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board. I love that they even thought to have a drying rack for all your swim suits and towels. Love, love, love, 5 stars, would recommend.

The condo is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! I would hire the decorator for my own home. The view of the sunset is amazing! Communication with the host was timely and detailed. Everything about our stay was enjoyable! Highly recommend!!
The condo was perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed the space as well as being able to cook and enjoy coffee in the morning on the lanai. The location was perfect - beautiful views, close to all of the things in Kihei and right by a quiet beach. The property was very clean and quiet, and everyone was very nice. We enjoyed the pool everyday which was warm and a great place for relaxing in the afternoon. We will definitely be back and want to stay here again!
We had an amazing experience during our stay at this beautifully remodeled condo! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. With plenty of space, we comfortably accommodated our family of five, and our daughter loved sleeping on the cozy pull-out couch for the entire week.One of our favorite spots was the inviting balcony, where we gathered for meals and cherished breathtaking sunsets each evening. The serene view made it the perfect backdrop for losing ourselves in our favorite novels. The condo's location couldn’t be better—just a quick five-minute walk to the beach and conveniently close to downtown Kihei. Plus, the pool area was immaculate and offered tons of space to soak up the sunshine. This place truly felt like a home away from home! We will rebook it again!
Condo has everything you need, very clean and updated and great beach location. Can walk to breakfast, food trucks, and the beach.
Wonderful views. Beautiful home with every thing you could need. Parking was never an issue, which we appreciate! Easy access to the beach for evening walks. We would stay here again. Mahalo!

We loved staying at this beautiful, renovated, stylishly decorated oasis! So gorgeous, with a clear ocean view, and everything we needed.
6th floor great view of water. Nice beach and pool. Two bedrooms with plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Remodeled and looks great. AC works well. Close to everything. Parking was great. Would stay again.
The host was excellent and responded quickly to my questions. The condo is beautiful, very comfortable and well stocked. The one thing I loved about it, the guest bedroom had its own thermostat!! The only improvement I can think of is adding cushions for the patio furniture.
Came for a work trip but enjoyed the brief stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient location for our job in Kihei. Will come back and stay again and recommend to friends and family!
My family really enjoyed our stay. Location, amenities and the view of the condo are hard to beat. We appreciated seeing beautiful view without the sun beating down on the unit. Joe is very responsive and flexible. He provided a recommendation for a wonderful snorkeling tour.
The listing and pictures are accurate, so there were no surprises. The host is responsive and friendly. We appreciated having an updated space to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were bright and clean. The beach gear (chairs, umbrella, 1 boogie board, towels) came in handy. The property is well maintained. We used the grills, pool area, and really enjoyed walking on the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was lovely and had everything we need and beautiful beach views where we watched the sunrise and sunset every day. Couldn’t have asked for more.
The unit was well equipped with modern accessories, clean, and felt inviting. The pictures are exactly what you will walk into, and the views off the balcony are supremely relaxing. The unit is also equipped with beach accessories, such as an umbrellas, boogie board and snorkeling gear. I saw other reviews mentioned parking was an issue, this was the exact opposite of my experience as I was able to park next to the Anthurium building without issue.
The room was perfect in almost every way. Some did say that the beds could have been more comfortable although mine seemed to suit me well. The kitchen was accessorized very well. I'm guessing that the refrigerator was not designed to last long, but that's not Joe's fault. If we return to Maui with the family again, this unit will be our first choice. Thank you for providing such a beautiful room.
Everything you need for a great trip to Maui! We loved the location, the beaches were amazing, home was clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. We also really loved the nearby farmers market.

We were so happy with our stay. It’s not easy to meet my cleanliness standard but this place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Well stocked with everything you could need. We were missing a travel crib when we arrived, I reached out to Joe and he had one delivered within a couple hours. Can’t wait to go back.

This was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was quiet, the amenities were fantastic. It was clean, and very comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach. The host was quick to update information when needed. Will definitely stay again if its available on our next teip. Defin Definitely recommend.
The apartment was perfect for a girls trip! 15-20 minute drive to the main area with all the big box stores (Costco, Wal-Mart, Target) and a 15 minute drive to the shops at Grand Wailea for good luxury shopping and spas. We both had our own bedroom and bathroom which was convenient for getting ready to hit the town. Host was responsive and was able to let us check in a tad bit early so that was great. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely, updated kitchen with all plates, glassware, silverware. Smart TV in living room worked great. AC worked great. Rooms had extra towels, and bedding. Providing the beach chairs, umbrella and tote cooler was a nice touch. The umbrella was a bit worn and jury-rigged to keep together, but worked okay. Fine for one day at the beach!
Couple of notes: we wish there was a couple more pieces of information shared, like which building we were supposed to go to (there are two). Google maps actually sends you to the wrong building, so that had us walking around in circles a bit when we got there. Also the house rules ask you to take out the trash and recycling when you leave, but doesn't tell you where to go. Once we found it, the signs say to separate bottles & cans for recycling (wish we would have done ahead of time). Also if you are a light sleeper, there is a fan in the main bathroom that is unable to be turned off.
Other than those very minor inconveniences, we had a very nice stay and would recommend others to stay there! Book it!
Beautifully well appointed condo! Fabulous snorkeling close by. Ferry terminal for trip to Lanai close by. Haleakala Crater sunrise an easy drive from condo. Food trucks short distance away which made eating in each evening a treat. So much fun!! Thanks, Joe.
