Wonderful condo! The view was beautiful and the space was perfect for us. It is stocked with plenty of kitchen items, towels and beach items which was very nice. Like previous reviews, the only negative is the road noise. The AC does help at night.
Great location in a quiet complex. Pictures of the property were exactly as taken. Beach is quiet, clean and it's cool to see the outrigger society go out on the boats in the morning and evening. Can walk a long ways down the beach in both directions. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Descent sized pool. Nice welcome gift of coffee and nuts. Only thing that could be improved was the street/cars noise although to put can drown it out with the air or a white noise machine. Highly recommend!
Everything you might need is there. This is a one bedroom with a small kitchen but it works well. The lanai is lovely and you can enjoy the canoes that launch in the next lot.
This is a great unit! The owners provided all that you would need to have an enjoyable vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Close to dining and other activities. We would return for another stay!
We enjoyed staying at Kealia Resort. The location is great being close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of the city. The sunrise made the tree outside the lanai just light up with the most amazing glowing orange color. The beach was spectacular too. The condo was wonderfully stocked and met all of our needs. The hosts were so thoughtful to even have a welcome basket and easy to be in touch with.

Loved our stay in Maui in the Kealia condo. Place was fully stocked with everything you would need. Perfect location, away from the real touristy areas but close to everything you would need. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple; any more than that and you might start to feel cramped. Having to choose between a dip in the pool or in the ocean after a day out in the sun was the hardest part of the stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here in Kihei! The condo was great with a wonderful view. The central location was a benefit. The condo was clean and fully equipped. Couldnt have asked for anything more. We would love to visit again.
My wife and I had an excellent time staying here. It was clean, spacious for two, had a lot of misc items we needed for our trip, and was centrally located to many attractions on the island but also quiet and away from the busier parts of Kihei.
This little condo was absolutely perfect for us! We sat on the patio or couch daily and listened to the waves. We did have the A/C on at night to block traffic noises. The location was absolutely fantastic in getting to every thing on the island. The beach front is also fantastic for playing in the ocean or watching the sun set!
Beach is good but water is not clear.
Property was clean, received welcome package which was very nice.
Good communication for any issues we encountered.
High cleaning fees for such a small property, they should be much less.

We were very impressed the minute we walked in. Decorated beautifully with a beach theme. We were welcomed with gifts of cookies, macadamia nuts and coffee!! The bed was wonderful as well as the shower area. No need to buy any beach gear it was all supplied!! Highly recommend!!
We stayed 5 nights here and, although small, the condo had everything we needed plus some. Owners left a lovely note and a snack basket of specialty Maui snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch. Actual building is a bit older. But the condo had nice comfy furniture and updated appliances including a washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Communication with owners was friendly and prompt. We would stay here again if we visit Maui.
Great place to stay! Amenities were great. We only used the beach (not the pool), but it was super nice to be right there by the water. Would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was perfect for a short weekend event we had in Kihei. We never touched the kitchen, as a matter-of-fact, the surprise visit we had from a refrigerator repair man probably used it more than us. And other than that, we don't have any complaints. It was a comfortable, cute, place to stay.
We adored the ocean view from the lanai and enjoyed watching the chickens walk around in the grass below us. The outrigging paddling teams would launch from the nearby club and we got to see them out in the water. Sugar beach was a more quiet beach, perfect for runs and walks. There was sunscreen, lotion, and snacks set out for us, which was a special treat we appreciated. A/C worked great and we were impressed by how quiet it was, despite the road nearby. Super clean and relaxing!
What an awesome location and condo! We really enjoyed our time and plan to return. From the well-stocked kitchen/bathroom, to comfy bed, to amazing ocean waves right outside the building - literally nothing to complain about. Traffic can be loud at times, but the waves are louder! Loved it! The welcome note & treats were a special touch as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I love the litle condo was clean and nice the location was excellent and Darla was very helpful, we arrived early that day and Darla let us iin early .
We loved this unit, the Lanai for coffee, or wine :) was awesome. To sit out here listening to the waves and watching the sun sink was so relaxing.
We are from Texas, and AC was sadly very important to us, this unit has two units that worked perfectly. Wifi was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked even though we ate out most of the time. Lastly, you always hope for a comfortable bed, and it was.
Darla was a great host, very good communication, and we certainly enjoyed the maui themed snacks. Thank you again!!
Perfect little place right on the beach. The hosts had everything you could possibly need for your stay and even left a nice little gift basket with some treats and coffee.

The apartment pleasantly surprised us. It was even better than advertised. It's superbly equipped and very clean.
Super easy to get to from the airport. This condo is located in an older, quiet part of Maui, so if you are looking for a brand new fancy resort, this may not be for you. The condo is older but very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of nice towels. The AC works well. The oven view right from the little balcony is amazing! We appreciated the 3 sets of snorkeling gear and cooler. The owners are very easy to work with and communicate well. The unit comes with a free parking spot, which is nice because we rented a jeep. Most resorts charge extra for nightly parking. The beach here is perfect for morning walks, not crowded, but the water is a little rough for swimming, and youâll need to drive north or south for the iconic type of popular public beach. A nice quiet stay and an affordable price. I would stay here again with my 2 daughters.
We enjoyed staying a couple nights at this cute condo on Sugar Beach! Great views, loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings watching the canoes come in (a couple of canoe clubs next door), and the bed was really comfortable. There is some road noise, and a rooster next door, but the a/c drowned that out. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need, although we didnât cook while we stayed. Loved walking right out onto the beach for walks, lawn chairs and cute little pool were nice added amenities.
This is a great condo retreat. Ideal for singles, couples or a small family. Darla and John were very gracious hosts. I had a small travel issue and they were able to accommodate me. I felt very welcome and immediately at home. Upon arrival I was greeted with a kind note, fresh bag of Starbucks coffee and delicious mini macadamia nut snacks.the condo itself is beautifully decorated and very homey. The sound of the waves crashing were all I needed to put a giant smile on my face. Great beach walking area. I do recommend a car for this location but with free assigned parking it would not be an issue. You are just a quick drive away from the Ocean Center Aquarium. 15 minute drive from the airport. 10 minutes from downtown Kihei. 25 minutes from Paia. It is an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again!!
