The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal or barbecue out by the pool. The outdoor lanai is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or to enjoy your meals.
The open floor plan features a comfortable air conditioned living area with a flat screen smart TV.
The two spacious bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and both host a king size bed & smart TV’s. The master bedroom has a slider opening to the lanai, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a deep soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are also air conditioned.

We enjoyed all the unit had to offer. The two king size beds were great for our family of 4.The communication with Laura was so helpful. We will stay again next time we head to Kaui!

My husband and I highly recommend the area in Princeville and this condominium. The place had all we needed. It was quiet and comfortable for relaxing days and evenings. Laura, the manager, is terrific and provided her contact in case of any issues of which we had none. Thank you for a lovely stay. Mahalo!

We stayed at the Beautiful Plantation property recently and it was exactly as the description. The property was immaculate and the property manager, Laura, was very helpful and friendly. When we go back to Kauai we home we can stay at the property again. The floor plan is set up so two couples have privacy - very nice when traveling with friends.

My husband and I were first time Kauai visitors along with my brother and sister in law. Perfect place for the 4 of us who live in different states.
It was welcoming and had everything we needed.
Beds were firm, shower pressure and bath amenities were great and kitchen had necessities.
Bonus to have the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage.
Laura couldn’t have been more helpful and accessible without being intrusive.
We agreed we would pick this property again if we return. Excellent!!!

An awesome experience from the time we made the reservation through the end of our trip! Laura called us within an hour of reserving a week in her beautiful townhome in Princeville just to thank us and answer any questions. That put us at ease and made us look forward to our vacation even more. When we arrived about a month later everything was perfect —plenty of space for my husband and teenage kids, very clean, chairs/boogie boards/towels for the beach, and guidebooks to look through. Beautiful north shore location and a wonderful place to start and finish our busy days. Thank you Laura!!
