This home is a remodeled 1bd/1ba with a full kitchen, full bath, private bedroom and private lanai in the Pacific Monarch building. This unit is located on the 10th floor. Elevators are available.

*IMPORTANT TO NOTE before booking: Upcoming construction/noise in the building expected to start on Sep. 9, 2024. During the spalling work on a particular stack, units within that stack may not have access to their lanais at any time, 24/7 - this rental's stack is scheduled for 11/25/24-1/6/25. Pool closure scheduled from 12/16/24-2/21/25. The jet spa, barbeque, and game area will remain open through approximately 1/6/25. Then, the entire rooftop deck will be closed until the pool reopens.
