Walk to A-Bay Beach, located within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Welcome to paradise in our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bottom floor oasis overlooking the 1st hole at Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The Waikoloa Fairway Complex is conveniently located within the Waikoloa Resort area. Waikoloa Resort offers some of the best weather on the planet and with in walking distance is the Queens MarketPlace that has luxury movie theater, food court, restaurants, shopping and lots more. Also,
within short walking distance is the Kings Marketplace with exceptional shopping and restaurants or walk across the street to relax on the squishy white sand, A-Bays beach. Just a short 10 minute drive north is the infamous Hapuna Beach & Mauna Kea Beach Resort.
Our Villa is located in the quiet and private "B" building, the second building on the right thru the entrance gate. Bottom floor entrance makes it ideal for all guests, walk off the back lanai to a large grassy area thats perfect for throwing the football, frisbee or walk a few yards further and in the late afternoon you can practice your putting and chipping on the 1st hole of the Waikoloa Beach course, or star gaze at night.
Our Villa sleeps 4 comfortably and we also have an inflatable air mattress just in case! The master suite features king size bed, flat screen tv, large walk in closet, soaking tub, toilet, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
The living area is complemented with Hawaiian decor, large flatscreen tv, comfy new couch makes vacation dreams a reality. The chefs kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare your culinary meals. Eat & drink and create memories outside on the lanai or inside on the glass top dining room table.
We have lots of beach gear for your beach days, 2 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach towels, coolers, and miscellaneous snorkel gear. Our Villa also features a new AC system to keep you cool all year long, stackable washer and dryer, high speed wifi, spectrum cable, dvd player, smart tv, extra linens, hairdryer’s iron & ironing board and most important you can call the PB Broker Joseph Morris with Hawaii Signature Properties anytime if you have a problem, concern, issue during your stay. ( or if you need recommendation for golfing, hiking, restaurants )
