    - Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.

    - Incomplete landscaping in the front/backyard which requires time to be finished.

    This rental was perfectly sized for our group and very comfortable. It’s a beautiful brand new home. The only drawback was there was no outside space available. The whole community is under construction so it’s all a work in progress. No doubt that a little bit down the road it will be great .The view was amazing at this rental , the mountains, and the whole valley to the water. This rental is not a reflection of the area it’s located . It’s good to do some research about the west side before renting. We love it over here.
