    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided.     Overall good condo, just didn’t have the entry code information from the property manager prior to check in. The hotel security had to assist me.

    The condo was perfect for our vacation. The room was updated and full of everything you would need to make yourself at home. We enjoyed the beautiful views and sunsets. The elevators were usually crowded as there is one main area. Our host always responded to our emails promptly. I would stay here again.
