Cute place but disappointed in the TV since it stopped working on day 1. Day 3 we fixed ourselves. Communication was slow about a solution for TV and was via email and never received a call. Sitting is on bed was needed since its a studio but the bed kept moving away from wall. Coffee maker requires pods so I donated a reusable pod so hawaiian ground coffee can used and less trash for environment.

The location could not have been in a better part of the town of Kona. We could walk to beach, shop and dine!

This was a great little unit conveniently located across the street from the beach and walking distance from all the shops of Kailua. Parking in the complex was limited and we used street parking along the road. Nice home base for exploring the Kona side of the island.
