This condo is perfect with the location! My two daughters loved the murphy beds in living room, and the view was amazing! We loved walking from the condo to the food trucks and grocery store! We also were amazed with the pool and grounds, especially the pool bar up by the beach! So relaxing! Lisa is a wonderful host and provides everything you need…We hope to be back again someday!
Great condo with very thoughtful details! The kitchen was very well appointed! She left beach chairs, beac towels, ice packs, snorkeling gear, maps of the area etc. The only other suggestion that would be nice would have been a cooler but other than that, you have everything you need for a great vacation!
Ka’anapali Shores is showing its age a little, but it’s a nice quiet place to stay, with good pools, not too crowded, and close to Whalers Village, other shopping, and lots of great beaches. This condo had lots of nice extras for us, like a closet full of beach accessories. The owner was easy to work with and easy to contact.
We loved the condo and resort! The condo had all the amenities we needed and the beach rec closet items were very nice and useful. The beach to the left of the resort was also nice. Grocery store across the street and food trucks were a nice convenience.
Unit is well-maintained, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the pool courtyard & beach. Lanai is perfect for an evening sunset watch. Just a short walk to the beach, food trucks and grocery store. Individual washer & dryer in unit is incredibly convenient.Property manager was pleasant in communications.At the top of our list to recommend to family & friends!.
The views and sunsets are incredible from this top floor unit. Everything was well stocked. The owner was fantastic to communicate with. Very prompt replies and updates regularly when a few minor items popped during our stay.We have been coming to Maui for 25 years and have stayed at other condos in the immediate area. This unit was larger than the typical 1 bedroom units in previous stays. Plus, Honokowai has many conveniences literally across the street.Ka'anapali Shores is an excellent resort with two pools and a great bar and restaurant on property. The biggest issue with the property for us was the location of grills. They are far from the building behind a parking structure. It would be nice if they would consider relocating them closer to the pool and lawn area.We are looking forward to our next trip.
We had a lovely experience at Kaanapali Shores. Unit 933 has an amazing view and the location is perfect, as there are some small, but very good restaurants across the street and within a very short walking distance. There is a lot right next door with food trucks of every kind, which was awesome and the onsite restaurant (Beach Bar) also had really good food, as well as an excellent and friendly wait staff. The king size bed was a bit firm for our liking and, if you like to take naps, it tends to be a bit noisy, as it is next to the outside walkway. We did have to leave a few days early, but Lisa was very accommodating and understanding. She was very easy to reach and answered any and all questions we had. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Super well equipped. You don’t have to bring any cooking utensils, Tupperware, dishes, anything at all regarding the kitchen. You also don’t need chairs, pool/beach towels, beach toys, pool toys, goggles, boogie boards or umbrellas because those are all provided! Might want to bring a shower curtain and suction hooks to hang it with if you need privacy in the bathroom. Perfect distance from elevator. Lots of hangers in the closet. Bathroom supplies were great, shampoo conditioner Q tips hairdryers etc. It was awesome not having to use a room key, just a door code! Beach was great for playing in the sand, snorkeling, swimming but there was corral in some spots, so the boogie boarding wasn’t the best. But we found good boogie boarding all over the island so it wasn’t an issue. The main pool was perfect for our kids, different depth levels, waterfall feature you could go under and hangout, very spacious swimming area, and the hot tub was huge! We don’t spend much time in the second pool up by the beach, but it was nice as well. Has great access to the restaurant/beach bar and the outside bathrooms. Very short drive to Whaler’s Village. Hotel is right across the street from restaurants and a supermarket, actual grocery store not just an ABC store or gas station. But also has an ABC right around the corner for souvenirs. L&L Hawaiian across street had bomb good at the right price and Java Jazz was a unique restaurant with cool vibes and great food. The host was awesome too! 5+star
We originally booked this property in 2023 but had a very last minute cancellation due to the fires in Lahaina. Lisa was incredibly understanding and I knew that when we would eventually make our return to Maui, this would be the place. I was Right! The view from the lanai was amazing. The room was spacious just as pictured and the Murphy beds offer such a great option for the kiddos to sleep in! I even Fell asleep in one, one evening, they’re so comfy! The bathroom was big and tidy. Right off the elevator. We were provided with all the things we needed to get our vacation started the minute we arrived! The only issue was that the dryer was not working and Lisa made us aware the second she found out. She got someone out as soon as possible and got it working for the remainder of our trip. Lisa was always quick to respond and very detailed with responses and so kind. I’ve sent the property link to many friends and have saved for our future visits to Maui!
Wonderful condo. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Great location, close to food trucks and Whalers Village. The beach out front of the condo is perfect. My only suggestion would be to add a mattress topper to the bed. It’s very hard.
So beautiful, the perfect place to spend your vacation. The resort had everything you need right there and the property was awesome.
I have been staying at Kaanapali Shores since I was a kid, and this condo is definitely at the top of the list! Top floor location provided an amazing view over the property out to the ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the 2 murphy beds were awesome for our 2 sons (17 & 21). Lisa was awesome to work with and we will definitely be back!
Lisa’s property at Kaanapali Shores was great! The unit had everything we needed for a family vacation. The resort is awesome with a great pool, friendly environment, quick access to the beach and more! We would easily book with Lisa again!!

Host is great with communication before and during stay. We were here to celebrate getting married and we enjoyed every minute of Maui! The check in process is very easy. The view is amazing and the access to the ocean is ideal! Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed the visit! Everything was as described. We could see many whales in the distance each day from the balcony. The murphy beds were perfect for our 2 teens. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach chair, umbrella, snorkel sets, and boogie boards that were available to use. The use of towel service and pickle ball sets were a plus as well. We definitely would recommend this condo. Thanks!

We have stayed in this unit several times and, enjoy each time we stay. The Owners are great to work with. We love the location and the property amenities. Great whale watching from the Lani, and late February on you can watch the sunsets from the Lani also .

The most well-stocked vacation unit our family has ever stayed in! The host has thought of every little detail you might need when staying away from home. The location was ideal, the view was spectacular! Our two kiddos (12 and 15) loved the murphy beds, allowing them to have their own space, but also easy clean up to make the best use of the room during the day. The extra amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc.) were so incredibly helpful and we made great use of them. The well-stocked kitchen meant we could enjoy many homemade meals rather than eating out (which can get really old on an extended vacation). We loved this property and hope to stay again sometime soon!
