Second time we've stayed in A203. Looking forward to the third!
Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony! The condo was exactly as pictured. Napili Bay had excellent snorkeling. We used the on-site grills for dinners, and went to The Kitchen for a quick bite and drink special. The location was close to restaurants, and the Napili Market. We enjoyed every meal on the balcony, watched gorgeous sunsets and listened to the waves as we relaxed for the night. We even saw a pod of dolphins one morning which was incredible!! It deserves the 5 stars!!
Area was pretty nice, right by the beach which we loved. Space was nice, bed was comfortable!
We’ve stayed at Napili bay a few times, other condos in this area have been a bit dated and dark. This place is very nicely remodeled and bright with a beautiful view of the bay. Cleanliness could be improved, it must have been some time since the floors were mopped, all of our socks were dirt brown after walking on the floor. A shade over the entry door window would be a great addition, it was light in the room at night due to the hallway light right outside the door.

Our ocean front studio was perfect for a week's stay on beautiful Napili Bay. The unit managed by Epic Reality was beautifully curated, clean, stocked with everything needed from kitchen utensils & supplies, pool towels to beach chairs & a cooler for your stay on the beach. This unit's location is ideal. It has a picture perfect unobstructed view of the bay and easy access to the beach. The facility has two pools if you just want to lounge around and swim or go in the spa. We really couldn't ask for anything more!
I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay away from the mass tourist chaos. The location was easy to find. The unit was ocean front and recently remodeled. Absolutely gorgeous! The view from the balcony was exactly as shown in the booking. This unit is ocean front with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Throughout our stay we experienced calm, amazing snorkeling waters where we swam alongside sea turtles. And as the week progressed it became a great place to boogeyboard and surf, We loved both the pools that were on site and the restaurants. The surf shop at the entrance provided everything you could possibly need or want. Absolutely loved our stay here!!!
Room was very nice, comfortable, just as pictured. Beautiful views of Napili Bay. AC worked well, kitchen was well stocked, nice appliances, TV instructions weren’t clear but once figured out it worked well. Access to beach, pools, parking, on-site food were good. Beautiful grounds, comfortable family friendly resort.Bathroom was nice and adequately stocked Except for towels. They didn’t leave enough for two people for 10 nights. (They give you two of each type of towel per person, and one terry cloth floor mat) When I called Epic for a refresh mid week I was told they leave laundry soap so we could wash our towels. Laundry room was on opposite end of resort, a significant walk from our room. We’ve stayed in plenty of VRBO’s and have never run out of towels. On site restaurants: Gazebo was excellent for breakfast and lunch; second restaurant “Kitchen 5315” located in the office area open daily 3:00-8:00 was just ok, although we did enjoy their Island Burger on our last night.
The place was perfect for us. We loved sitting on the lanai & enjoying the ocean view and listening to the ocean at night. The unit was very well appointed, clean & comfortable. We love Napili Shores. When booking, be sure to pay close attention to the additional realtor fees. We were a bit surprised by them.
A well-maintained and comfortable studio that was clean with new appliances and furniture. Balcony is great for meals with a view of the beach and bay, or for just relaxing with a book or a drink. The king bed was great! Bathroom is spacious with two sinks. The location is only a 2-3 minute walk to either the beach or the pool.

Great unit at Nāpili Shores. I’ve stayed in the ‘A’ building many times and this unit is the best of several I’ve tried. The remodeled bathroom and kitchen and are lovely. Great rental! My only minor grip is a 4 pm check in is lame when this unit is cleaned and sitting empty. Most Vrbo properties in THIS location are more flexible. Seems lazy on the part of Epic, the property manager. Why not just notify the renter when the cleaning crew leaves? Shoot a text to the renter and unlock the door. It’s actually not hard.
Perfect weather, great views, easy beach access, and whale sightings! Great time here. The only room for improvement would be if the property mgmt provided toilet paper beyond the partial roll it came with. Add that to your grocery list.
The condo and the location are amazing. At this price it better be. Whale watching from the balcony at this time of year is spectacular. The beach is really beautiful. But the attitude of the hosts is very callous. 4pm check in being really late, I offered to pay for expedited cleaning but was declined. I have an 8 month old baby and reached there at 3pm. In spite of the cleaning already being done, I personally checked no one exiting the room after 3pm, when I called the hosts, they bluntly said " the room isn't released" without even bothering to check if the cleaning was already done. Yes the policy is 4pm check in but for someone who booked 6 nights, they could try to help out, at least when cleaning is already done.
We’ve stayed in Napili Shores many times and I think this is our favorite unit thus far. Very clean and nicely appointed with a beautiful view of Napili Bay. Highly recommended.

This condo was perfect for my husband and me! We walked in and both immediately said, "this is even nicer than the photos on the site". The space is ample and the view is wonderful! Wonderful location with a fabulous view! Updated & well appointed condo. Everything you need is there in the condo or within walking distance to several restaurants. Short drive to grocery, more restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Could use new beach chairs and boogie boards..? We've already booked another stay in this condo ~ AWESOME!! Aloha!

We were very happy with our stay in this studio. Amazing view, clean, and walking distance to different restaurants and beaches. Definitely would stay here again.
We loved our stay in this unit and will hopefully be back! It was perfect for two of us. Plenty of space, had everything we needed, and a great location with easy access to the beach. AND the million dollar view!!! Our only small gripe would be that the complex put cheap plastic netting across the lanai railings (every 2nd floor unit in our building had it) that kind of ruined the view/ambience. If you're seated or looking at the water from bed, you have to look through the thick netting.
We hope to stay in this unit every year when we come back!
Negatives- poor ocean view. Patio not large enough to eat on. There was no supplies for eating at the condo. It was like living with a bachelor that eats out for every meal. The living room furniture was dated and old smelling.
Positives- great bathroom and bedroom.

Very nicely remodeled studio room on the water. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, but not cluttered. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.
Awesome place. We will be back here.
This was our first trip to Maui! The condo was overlooking the ocean and had everything we needed. Plan on coming back again next year!
