Fantastic spot and the staff were so helpful.
This was a nice condo with a gorgeous patio for dining. It had everything that we needed and not too far from town, although it helped to have a car. We ate and sat outside in the private tropical garden.There is parking right out front. The wall is not bright turquoise like the picture, but more of a grayish tone (thank goodness). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
Everything went smoothly. The secondary bedroom needs an AC though...
This property was perfect for my family. Great location (within walking distance of downtown) and easy access to the main roads for travel around the island. The two bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect. Knowing there was access to beach chairs, towels, coolers, and laundry machines at the condo allowed for minimal suitcase packing - more room for souvenirs! Overall, it was great and would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

We booked this condo for the last week of our stay as we wanted to be closer to town. The place we stayed at the beginning of our trip was a multi million dollar property that was not clean when we arrived and we found several roaches during our stay including one in the bed sheets! This unit however was immaculate! I was a little hesitant upon arriving to the property as it didn’t look very welcoming. When we opened the door and entered the unit we were pleasantly surprised. It was so inviting! It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was close to town and beaches. The pool was also nice, clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island. It is a bit of a drive to the bigger beaches but it is worth it to stay at this place.
This great place was everything that was advertised on the VRBO site. Comfortable beds, everything that we needed in the kitchen, a great lanai for coffee, meals and great conversations, plenty of information for things to do -- the list goes on. We had a little difficulty getting the key out of the lockbox, but a call to the main office provided us with the assistance we needed. Thank you for making this great space available.
All and all it was great ! The condo was clean and renovated! Very nice! My only complaint was not being able to turn the air conditioner on for more than an hour at a time! I need my room cold at night and it would have been nice to have the air conditioner on all night so I could sleep. I texted about it and never got a response! I liked the location, we could walk to town and a couple of beaches! I would stay there again!
My husband and I and our two friends stayed at the property. It had all the conveniences of home, plus beach chairs etc. Everything was going smoothly until the day before we left and remodel construction began in the Condo directly above us. It was so loud we couldn't stay in the Condo and left to go do something, when all we wanted to do was relax at the Condo on our last day.Other than that, it was a nice place. The one thing that bothered us was having a survellience camera on our back patio, where the dining table is located. I understand having a camera at the front door, but a camera on the back patio where we had meals together felt like an invasion of privacy. Yes, it was disclosed when property was booked, but it just was creepy and uncomfortable looking up and seeing that camera pointed at us when we were on the patio. Some people may not mind, but we did.
Had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient to walk to the downtown area. Driving distance to all the local shops. Not far from great little beach areas. As well as close to dive shops if you are into that! The neighbors (local and renters) very nice and friendly. Parking spot is right in front of unit. Only one minor complaint but did not affect my rating is the air conditioning, it’s not central which is ok but the living room AC is on a spring timer that you have to turn on each hour at a time. One bedroom has an AC unit on same type of timer. The other bedroom has no AC unit. So we made it work for us but it is something to note. It can get warm if AC is not on.
I would stay again It was a very nice place to stay!

We loved this condo in Kona! It was so clean, well equiped and perfect for our family of four. We had a fantastic time during our stay in Kona and would definitely recommend this amazing place. Hope to be back soon! :)
The check in process was easy, and the space was a great size. They provided equipment for the beach which was super convenient. They had chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Kitchen was stocked but we didn’t really cook. They have an AC in the living room and in the main room. Recommend for families or small groups.

Place was great! Quiet & cool! Everything was perfect and only complaint was the 1 hour auto timer on the AC units.
This condo had everything we needed for our family vacation to Kona! Great location. We walked to the shops, restaurants and beach everyday! Basic,but all we needed!
Two MAJOR drawbacks:
1. The two wall air conditioning units are on a 60 - minute timer. Which is fine during the day (especially if you spend most of your daytime out of the condo), but makes for awful nights of sleep when you wake up every hour bc of the heat!!!
2. The hallway light that you need on anytime you do laundry is on a 15ish second timer, for some unknown reason. So you keep having to stop loading/unloading washer/dryer in order to put the light back on.
Everything else was fine, but had I known about the air-conditioning being on a 60-min timer, I would have booked elsewhere so my sleep wouldn't have been interrupted every hour!
One complaint is the bedroom off the living room couldn’t get an air flow. Was very warm and had to go purchase a fan.
First visit on any of the islands that had no recyclable containers on the property. We did our best to recycle on our own.
