Aloha Kai is on the 6th floor of the building, near an elevator.
Fully equipped kitchen, free high speed wifi, 2 Smart TVs, Pack and Play and booster seat/high chair, books, toys and games for our littlest guests. All WHITE hotel quality linens and beach towels included.
The unit has a wonderful cross breeze but if you prefer A/C, the unit has a 3 zone Split system. A/C in main living area and in each bedroom. Air Conditioning is rare in these units! Ceiling fans are in every room.
Menehune Shores is a well maintained property that features lush landscape, perfectly kept lawn areas with two shuffleboard lanes, a large heated swimming pool and barbecue areas both near beach and pool as well as a rooftop Lanai. "Monsoon" Indian Restaurant located at ground floor (and is quite good and a wonderful place to have a sunset dinner).
We chose Menehune Shores for it's amazing view, but also for its' central location. Staying in Kihei will allow you to enjoy so many of Maui's offerings...you are in the middle of it all. Head upcountry where the vistas seem to go on forever, take a snorkel cruise from Ma'alea Harbor, or pack a picnic and take the road to Hana to hike and explore waterfalls for the bamboo forest. It's all just a short drive away.

Everything with this place is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay here, and with the full size twin Murphy bed, it allowed my 1 of my 3 adult children to sleep on a real mattress instead of a sofa bed. I would stay here again.

This unit has been fully renovated with all the latest updates. The kitchen and baths were luxurious. Both bedrooms have king beds too! It was great having both an ocean view and pool view. We were steps away from both. Being on the top floor of the building provided great sunrise and sunset views. The unit is within short driving distance to many shops and restaurants. We would return without hesitation. Enjoyed every single minute.

We enjoyed our stay and it had a beautiful view! The condo was clean upon arrival. The condo itself and view were amazing! We were not crazy about the beach area at this condo. The water looked dirty and it just wasn’t as pretty & blue as other areas in Maui. It wasn’t an issue though as we rented a jeep with intentions of going to many beaches while there. We would definitely stay here again!

The four of us, two couples, booked this unit for our 40th anniversaries... and it was wonderful!
We had an ocean view from the balcony, where we enjoyed coffee every morning and relaxed every night.
The access to the beach was great (and we really appreciated the handrails as my husband is a stroke survivor) and the beach was perfect for us.
The location was ideal for quick drives to stores or restaurants (when we wanted to eat out).
Most everyone we met on property, guests or resident, was very friendly and helpful.
The ONLY issue we had was the pool gate code had been changed (apparently this is done often and randomly, which we could understand why) and the office personnel would not tell us the new one. She just said "your host should have emailed it to you". However, other people saw we were staying there and they helped us out with it.
We HIGHLY recommend this little slice of paradise... so much so that we're looking forward to going back in the future.

Amazing trip at a wonderful location. This condo was in a perfect spot to access everything in Maui. The condo was clean, very quiet and had an amazing view of the ocean. The property owners were easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations around the island. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo for a great trip!

We had an amazing time. The property is beautiful and very convenient. Had the best time snorkeling and turtle watching at the beach that is literally right there!!! Everything was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!!
