Located on the main level of this split-level floor plan is an open concept living , kitchen and dining area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a large smart TV, and a spacious dining table. You'll find a smaller guest bedroom near the front door with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower just across the hall.

Take a leisurely 2 block walk to the Makai Golf Club or head over to the Princeville shopping center for some local shops and good eats. A short 10-minute drive will take you to the lovely towns of Hanalei and Kilauea where you can find beaches like Hanalei Bay, Anini beach, Kalihiwai Bay, just to name a few.

We had a great time in this spacious condo. Family of 4 adults. This condo is in beautiful Princeville. It's adjacent to a golf course. Very quiet community. Views of the mountains and Bali Hi. Air conditioning for us is a must have and did not disappoint. King bed in the downstairs primary room was soft but maybe a bit too soft for our taste. Garage was well stocked with bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc. There is some snorkeling gear but I'd advise renting. Coffee drinkers some advice: The Keurig machine takes both pods and grounds. It's a 2-in-1 so you can brew individual cups or make a pot. Do yourself a favor and stop at Costco, Walmart, etc on the way in and buy grounds and water. (The tap water isn't bad but filtered would be better. There's no bean grinder). Also, bring a reusable K Cup filter. This is what we do at home so we were happy.
Really an enjoyable stay. Finally, I'd like to compliment the host/management team. They were very quick to reply to any concerns or questions. Extremely friendly and helpful.

I want to acknowledge the property management company was very responsive and worked with us a bit.
We had planned a special family vacation and we were overall disappointed with this condo unit. This property is tired, it was musty in several spaces especially the closets so we lived out of our suitcases. For the most part, the condo was surface clean but we did experience bugs in the master bathroom. The front bedroom is hot and the AC splits did not reach it to cool it down. It is sparsely supplied, 5 beach towels, just enough plates glasses etc. The laundry is loud and we needed to run it many nights because towels didn't dry. The pool was dated but there was a brand new grill. For the rate we had expected it to be more updated and better equipped as we had planned to cook several meals in. All in all the property is overpriced for what it is.
