The unit has everything you need to make comfortable, the host identified very detail. The unit is convenient to shopping and beaches, except convenience comes with busy intersection. It is noisy even at night. Its own parking is a plus for me, as finding a parking space is difficult. When the unit has issue, email to host and he responds in time.
Nice view of the Ala wai with a lot of activities at the park and on the water and breathtaking sunrises. The amenities provided like the beach chairs was great. It would have been nice to know that your coffe maker was a Kuerig and provide refillable coffee ground cups. It was really bad the elevator was not working for two days and after shopping, hauling up two armfuls of stuff to the 11th floor was challenging with a bad knee. Luckily the people there were friendly and helped with carrying up to the 11th floors. The rooms were decent, undercover parking was the best and the rooms pests free. I would definitely stay there again
We were unable to get the keys into the lockbox..left the extra and garage fob with offiice manager.

The views from the condo are lovely looking out over the canal and up into the valley. Depending on your needs and must haves, you may be able to stay in this condo for a short stay and be comfortable enough, though please read below regarding the AC if that is important to you.
Check in was easy with clear to follow instructions. Though only 1 set of elevator fob and unit keys were provided which was inconvenient for our needs Providing another set would be better.
The photos accurately depict the unit which is always appreciated. Kitchen has the basics essentials but no more. I would recommend adding a few items like ice trays and dish rack.
We had an issue with the air conditioning not working. The description describes it as ductless, while there is a ductless central type AC unit setup, it's not functional neither is the window AC unit. The description of the unit is misleading and should be updated to correctly reflect what is actually presly installed portable AC unit in the bedroom. The new AC unit does an adequate job of cooling the bedroom only when the pocket door is closed. This was installed halfway during our stay. This AC as capable of cooling only the bedroom, but you will not feel that cool air in the living room which is persistently uncomfortable. The living room thermostat stayed between 80-82 degrees during our stay before and after the portable AC installation.

Free parking is what sells this. A good deep cleaning is in order. On the flip side they could charge much more with a deep clean and a touch up.
The property was decent and looked exact like the photos. When I arrived the only thing bad I experienced at first was no towels. The last person used them all and left them wet in the bathtub. I informed manage and wa quickly provided with a cleaning crew that came and reclean the condo as well as a clea inf fee refund. Around night 2 to night 5 we start seeing roaches in the bathroom, living room and kitchen. I explained to the manager the place was unsat and it needed to get bombed badly. The manager told me it was on weekly pest schedule but it didn't work appear. I would literally send the owner pictures of roaches crawling around. I definitely would recommend this place. Next time I'll stay in a hotel instead.
