We had a great time. The view is incredible - there are always sea turtles to spot! The condo layout was perfect for our family of 4, we brought 2 teens. They enjoyed the beach access and beach gear in the closet. We used it everyday. Condo was clean and kitchen had all the basics. Our only issue is the patio doors are incredibly difficult to open. Our youngest (13) couldn’t do it on his own. Overall, amazing place and we would love to stay again.
Condo was very dated and sliding doors don’t work , super hard to open !

It had a great view and the beach right out front was nice! Loved the twin bed set up for our 2 kids. Close to everything we needed. Parking was easy too. Close to eating options and snorkel rental. Great to have a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys ect. Would stay again!
My family and I just got back from 5 days in Maui, staying at this condo. It felt like home by the end and we didn’t want to leave. To start, the view is amazing. We fell asleep to the ocean and woke up to gorgeous mornings. We ate on the lanai every morning and some evenings. There were beach chairs and a boogie board for us to use, some sand toys for the kids, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. We had a slight Netflix problem and let KBM know and they were there fixing it immediately. Kids had fun playing in the pool and at the beach in front of the condo. We loved that there are two stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. The air conditioning was really nice for hot nights. The condo was clean and spacious. We also loved the water pressure and the rain shower!
It’s such a great place and we will be back!
Great view, amenities and cleanliness. The lanai and rental car are game changers that helped us pick this property. It seemed like the pool was closer to the beach but that is the condo next door. The beach is very walkable and a great place to hang out and snorkel.

We booked this location as it was advertised to have AC. Once booked i happened to look at the reviews where multiple people stated that the AC didnt work. I contacted both VRBO as well as the property management that we needed AC for my pregnant wife and if it didnt have it we needed to cancel and get a refund. Even though i had contacted both within 2 hours of booking i was told they would only refund 50% of our booking, meaning we were stuck. So fast forward to getting there, it was verified only the childrens room had working AC, both the living room as well as the master didnt have cold blowing AC. The unit was also filthy, we had black feet within 10mins of being there. I contacted the property management and let them know it was not working propertly and the unit was not cleaned, which i was told a maid and maintaince man were on the way. Once we got back from being out, the unit was a bit cleaner however a note was left stating the AC was working correctly, which it was not, i literally do auto AC, the air was ambient teml comong out of both units. At that point we gave up, obviously the maintaince man has no idea how to test an AC system. If you only care about the view, this is your place, if you want anything else, id advise to look elsewhere. Also VRBOs cancel policy is pretty horrible, so make aure you read all reviews.
One room much better as it looked over the ocean. Great whale watching from the lanai. Had to ask for maintenance to get primary TV to function. Could not connect one light and another light switch did not work.

The view and accommodations were AMAZING! We had chairs and towels to enjoy the beach. We did have a few minor issues that was resolved almost immediately. Emails and phone calls were returned in a timely matter. Rooms were clean and we had plenty supplies for cleaning.
We visited this area 2 years ago and wanted to come back. Unfortunately this listing is not accurate. The photos make it look so clean and well taken care of. This unit is extremely run down. There were roaches in the kitchen upon arrival. The floor was so dirty that my children had black feet within minutes. The unit was advertised with air conditioning as an amenity and there was no air whatsoever. This turned out to be okay considering the breeze from the ocean, but at night, all I heard was the noise from the fans and not the beautiful ocean waves. I did communicate with the property managing company and they did bring us more towels and had the unit cleaned again, however if you look behind the tv, under the beds and carpet, the dirt and dust was so overwhelming. The furniture all needs to be updated. I felt dirty just sitting on the couch. The unit does have a gorgeous view. We stayed in the building next door last time and it was just so much nicer. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Spent a week in this very sweet condo with great beach access. Loved it.
