Bathroom window was held closed with chopsticks?Couch hide-a-bed in the living room very uncomfortable to the point that you almost could not use it.Safe did not work.Had trouble with the TV but issue was resolved with a phone call. Area rug was dirty.Otherwise, we liked the room. Kitchen and bedroom were spotless. Liked having the dining-room table, the bathtub grab bars. Security door was good. Even though we were beside the laundry room, we never heard a sound, and it was very convenient.

Wow- Diamond head out one side of windows and beach view from front side! Very nice place. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was broken window in bath, and the couch/chair in living room have seen better days- cushions had no support.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and helpful when we had some maintenance requests. Wish the windows could better block the noise from the street and the recreation area.

Rental was exactly as described. Clean and close to the beach. Owner was helpful and friendly. Bed/pillows could be improved but it was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

On the outskirts of Waikiki, near the Honolulu Zoo, our stay at this room was exquisite. The room boasts views of the Ocean and Diamond Head and is very well-kept, clean, and well-lit.The Lanai area is fantastic, and after a long day playing with the kids at the beach, it's great to unwind, grab a beer or glass of wine and soak in the sun and ocean breezes.Highly recommend this room, especially for families.
