This Newly built, brand new furnished modern home in MÄkaha Valley is your dream getaway resort style property that suits all functions. Clean and gorgeous floor planks throughout and carpeted bedrooms, million-dollar views of the ocean and mountains upstairs... blending the outdoor natural lighting and perfect weather right inside the living room, family room as you wake up from your best night sleep and enjoying a cup of coffee. Enjoy the serene community and the smell of ocean for a truly relaxing vacation! Leave the kids with our foosball table or at the community center for a perfect afternoon swim (to be finished end of fall)
The home is fully stocked with kitchen essential, 4-stage reverse osmosis drinking water filter and has easy access to the beach and filled with amazing mountain and ocean views. Quiet and safe neighborhood in a 24-hour gated community. Snorkeling gears for kids and adult, bodyboards, water shoes, Croc sandals, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and wagon are all available to use. Please rinse them off after use before returning them. The water hose is located on the left side of the house! Enjoy!

Our backyard is completed but there will still be red Hawaii soil and it can be very sticky. Please remove your shoes before entering the home. We don't want you to incur floor / carpet cleaning fee.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If youâre not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. 1 small size pet only with fees paid during booking.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-stocked property and would love to come back again. The property is a fair drive up the hill from the beaches and took us a bit to find, but once we arrived, it had everything we needed for comfort and more! Clean, spacious property, with all the comforts of home, with relatively close access to groceries and dining. The beach just down the road (Makaha Beach) was the perfect spot for our little ones to enjoy playing in the waves and snorkeling, with a lifeguard keeping close watch for safety, and the home already had all the fun beach toys we needed. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to coming back soon!

The 14 of us stayed in this amazing 4 bedroom house. I will begin by mentioning the least favorite part of the rental. The house is technically in Waianae which is not a great area of the island. A 35 min - hour from most anything (but we knew that and REALLY enjoyed being away from the city). Lots of homeless and quite a poor community. BUT having said that keep readingâŚyou will be pleasantly surprised. Though the house is technically in the town of Waianae, it actually is located outside of the city. Itâs in more of country neighborhood setting. Itâs a gated community with an security guard at the entrance. The community is a bit confusing but the host gave very specific directions to the house. We were warmly welcomed! Even a super cute sign that had our name on it with a welcome message. Little touches go a long way in our opinion! We had actual use of the garage and lots of little things most hosts do not think aboutâŚa booster seat and a wagon to haul all your beach stuff in. The kitchen was stocked with lots of seasonings and things you hate to buy because you wonât use everything but you do actually needâŚie baggies and trash bagsâŚsoap (kitchen and bathroom), even additional new toothbrushes!! The ac was outstanding and the neighborhood was quiet. The âquietâ hours were extremely reasonable as well as the check out instructions. Fave: the beds and pillows! Totally dreamy! And the home is well cared for. All in all we will def be returning!!

I recently booked this home to host a 4 day fitness retreat and it was PERFECT. All 6 of us slept super comfortably each night. There was plenty of room for us each to feel like we had enough space, and not be on top of each other the whole trip. The kitchen was so spacious and stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners each night, and the fenced in yard served as a perfect space to hit morning yoga, And the views were INCREDIBLE. This house sits in the most beautiful, green mountain...it really was spectacular. I woke up each morning to work from my laptop and have coffee outside. Perfection.
Located just about a mile from some really awesome beaches that it seemed like only the locals knew about, which made for a really cool experience.
The property was also super clean and well taken care of. We had no problem using any of the appliances, including washer and dryer, and loved how stocked full of extra sheets and towels it was.
Community is gated and feels super safe. Host was SUPER responsive when I needed him, and made us all feel right at home.
I've done a lot of traveling, and this space is definitely on my top 3 stays. 10/10 recommend. We will be back next year for sure.
