This was a great place. Right on the water and large crashing waves into the rocks constantly. The ocean breeze (or wind) can be intense but had a stunning north view. The entire Kapalua area is awesome and we loved walking in the area. The 2-story setup is fantastic; the unit had all you need for the beach, pickle ball etc. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again. Check in/out process was so easy. Thank you!!

Zero complaints. The unobstructed views on both levels of the property are second to none! For those apprehensive about the air conditioning based on historical reviews (as I was before I arrived), don’t worry. Just turn on the ceiling fans and set the A/C units upstairs and downstairs to their lowest thermostat setting and highest fan setting. The interior will get cold quickly. It also helps to shut the sliding curtains downstairs and upstairs to keep most of the sun out. Otherwise, I’d definitely return (and didn’t want to leave).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at the Bay Villa. Kapalua shuttle was an added treat to utilize for our dinner outings. The Villa has beautiful views that are hard to not just keep gazing at, all day long. The Villa has everything you can imagine to need, truly home away from home. Bed was comfortable, no complaints. Enjoyed our stay immensely!
