What was great:
Incredible views (best in my life), very comfortable and clean beds, great location, shuttle is available to ride around Kapalua (which was very convenient with small kids). The unit itself is very spacious. There were 6 of us and it felt very comfortable.
What needs to be improved:
The property itself is outdated. I understand renovation can cost a lot, but having at least couple upgraded pans/coffee maker/electric tea pot would make a huge difference.
We were not able to enjoy the balcony/lanai in the master bedroom. There was a wet, dirty carpet with a terrible smell that needs to be removed. It stays under rain and never gets dry.

No beach toys/games/boogie boards found for small kids which are usually available

The unit was as expected though for some reason the place was littered with mobile AC units. Perhaps the central AC unit was out but we just turned them all off. Have to say it was kinda funky having all those machines around with cords and the vent ducts laying all around.

We came to celebrate a niece’ bday. The villa is in a great location, close to everything. We barely left Kapalua for dinner. There’s so many places to eat in and nearby Napoli. Our villa is very nice. Probably needs a bit of an upgrade, especially the the furnitures. But not enough to keep us from coming back.
