Nice condo. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Miserable upper floor guest’s. Unrelenting noise for entire stay. We actually thought they were doing construction. But no. There is very poor noise isolation in these condos. Turned a great stay into a so so stay. Dryer broke on last day Nearest laundromat 25 minutes away.
Probably will look for a different place for our next stay

The stay was perfect! The condo was clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach! We utilized the beach chairs and towels daily. Pool was strangely a little further away than two closer pools, but still a really short walk. Beds were comfortable, there is a Marge TV in the living room for downtime. Valerie was always available to us if we needed anything but really we wanted for nothing. This will be our go to for our next trip!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very spacious! The fresh fruit and stunning flowers that were left by the property manager were amazing! It was very well outfitted with everything we needed for the beach, pool, and kitchen. Thanks for a lovely stay!
This was within walking distance of Shipwreck beach and the grand Hyatt. The unit was slightly run down, with difficulties using the patios due to stuck doors and very old stained carpet in the bedrooms.
That said, it was large, and the two pullouts in the living room were great.
The only pool this unit has access to is one that is sandwiched between the very noisy restaurant and the tennis courts. You also need a key to access the pool, so that was annoying for a large family. We have stayed in many other places that all use a code.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect, a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails, while also being in a quiet locale. Further activities and sight seeing were just a short drive away. The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked with beach gear and other amenities. The pool was nice too with a fabulous hot tub. Our host was friendly and helpful, texting us before our arrival and being available if we needed anything. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The property itself was clean comfortable with plenty of space. It was wonderful to have 2 patios to enjoy the weather at night. And it was a quick walk to the beach, where we were lucky enough to see many green sea turtles. We hope to come back to Kauai for more exploration and would stay here again!

This is a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and very generously appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bowls, everything you need- we ate in most nights and never lacked for anything. There are plenty of (nice) beach towels, toys and chairs. Flowers and coffee and fruit at check in are a nice touch too! The hosts are very generous by offering up this well appointed place. Location is fantastic. Walkable to beach and to Grand Hyatt. Fun pool and hot tub. Valorie is very easy to work with - check in was easy and her suggestions for things to do were great. For 8 days, all we did was played tennis, walked to the beach, cooked at the condo and just relaxed. The condo has everything you need including beach toys. The most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes walk from the condo. We had everything we needed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big screen TVs, reserved parking. Best of all, we were in the best part of Kauai (Poipu). We saw the sun set everyday during our vacation. Can't wait to come back here.

Because of weather conditions and flight delays we decided to extend our stay for a few days and this was the property we were able to find on VRBO for a last minute reservation. The property was very clean and comfortable and is in a fantastic location. Valorie was great to work with and very hospitable. We highly recommend this property.
