Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Fairway Villas G4 is on the first floor of the G Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The location was clean and great for a family to stay. It is within easy walking distance of all sorts of food and activities. We will try to stay here again when we go back.

We absolutely loved this property. We traveled as a family of 4 ( plus my MIL) and this unit was perfect. It is situated at the back on the property which made for quiet morning coffee and quiet evening drinks on the lanai. It was a great spot to watch the golfers, the birds and the little mongoose on the golf course.
It was a 12 minute walk to A bay where we saw turtles our first day there. We regularly took advantage of both Kings and Queens shops for coffee, shopping and dining.
The infinity pool was a great way to cool down in the afternoon and a great escape from the wind later in the day.
The beach chairs, coolers, games and books added to the property and made it easy for all of us to do our own things while still enjoying time together.
Would highly recommend and we will be back!!
