On arrival we found that a previous guest had left a large bowl of cut up fruit in a kitchen cabinet which hadn't been noted by the cleaning staff. This produced a very bad smell and lots of insects. It was an unpleasant first impression. However the rest of the unit was clean and well stocked and we did not have any other issues.Ekahi Village is a fantastic place to stay - highly recommend this complex. The beach access, facilities and grounds are just beautiful. Good access to Kihei and Wailea. The unit has been recently remodeled and it was done very nicely. It has everything you need and is as advertised in the pictures. The only note is the furniture has not been replaced and is quite dated. You will find it all comfortable enough, if a little worn. The location of the unit is great. Beautiful ocean views, close to the beach access and pool pavilion and a nearby bbq station. The quiet pool and pickleball court is just steps away. If you don't want to hear the pickleball you might consider somewhere else, but it didn't bother us at all.The host was attentive and responsive. The instructions were clear. Access to the unit was easy, which helped since our flight arrived late at night.Highly recommend this location for a relaxing stay in Maui!
This property has an incredible view and top of the line amenities with a short 5 min walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable and roomy enough for a family of 4 with a 15 y/o on the pullout sofa and a 19y/o in the other bedroom. There is a quiet pool steps from the condo and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves the week we were there. We were also there during a tsunami warning and were grateful to get guidance from the property management company that day. We were a little frustrated with little micro size ants that were persistent in the kitchen and the first floor bathroom, but we’ve seen that before in many accommodations on the island. We got some Lysol wipes and regularly wiped down the countertops and that seemed to help.
This was an excellent condo. Great location and interior. We would definitely stay here again. My only note would be they could use some updated patio furniture. It's pretty worn out and one chair missing a cushion. They could also use a storage chest to hold some of the beach items that are overflowing on the small patio. Great condo overall though.

Clean, updated condo with everything you could need. Great location in the complex - close to pool(s), pickle ball court, grills. And the view from both the first and second floors is amazing. We'll be back!
The suite was as advertised - the views, cleanliness and location. It is a perfect unit for a small family with easy access to the beach, pools and walking paths. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and pools. Can walk to Wailea shops.
We enjoyed our family reunion stay even more this year than last because it felt like returning home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips inside and within a walk or short drive outside. The long beach made it easy to escape from everyone else. We love both the calm and the windy/wavy days, though the afternoon winds/waves sometimes made things uncomfortable for children.
Clean and convenient stay. Amazing water views from both levels. Great place to stay with our family of 5. We hope to return again soon!
This sweet unit has all the latest upgrades and amenities, lots of natural light, great finishes, well-appointed kitchen and fabulous views, in a great area of lower Ekahi Village. The beds were SO comfy and the view from the primary bedroom is incredible. Property managers were very communicative, check in was easy, we had everything we needed for an awesome week in Wailea. Short walk to the beach and main pool, and a smaller private pool just steps away. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys left by prior guests, and the full-size washer-dryer came in handy as needed. Loved the all-white kitchen and overall the space lived great for a party of 5. Would definitely request and stay in this unit again.
The condo complex is one of the original (older) developments in Wailea. Great location. The interior is updated and had everything we needed (except shampoo/conditioner). We are a family of 5 and while there was enough space it felt tighter somehow being on two levels —but totally manageable. Few small glitches like the shower not draining well and management company said they would come but never did. There is new washer and dryer, but the cup for the soap doesn’t open because the door is in the way. But we just put the soap right in the main basin and it was fine. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Great pickleball court right outside. Bring your gear. Plenty of beach chairs and equipment for your use. Plenty of parking though the lot is tight/narrow. Overall, we had a fabulous time. Amazing views from the upper level especially. Mahalo!
