This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged....

We've made several visits to Kihei and this was one of the best. The condo was spacious enough for four adults, well furnished, and equipped with the essentials. From the sixth floor lanai, you can watch all of the water activity, including lots of turtles on the reef below. The property is a one minute walk to the beach, and just across the street from lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. There's great snorkeling at the nearby Wailea and Makena beaches, as well as on the reef right in front of the condo. The property management (PMI) representative, Matt, did a great job of proactively communicating with us and answering questions. The unit was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly.

Everything was great!! From the beds to the air conditioner in the rooms. From the sunsets from the balcony to the electric shades if you needed some tv time. The kitchen has plenty of stuff to make a proper meal. And there are about three grocery stores across the street and then Safeway is not far at all. The beach is literally a 3 min walk and you are not crossing any streets to get to it...very much in your backyard. Never ran out of hot water. Laundry was great to have. Over all the property is well kept. Every morning you would see people working on the pool, green space and parking lot . Book this place

The view was spectacular and whale and turtle watching from the lanai was an extra bonus for happy hour. We enjoyed meeting other guests at the rooftop grills/patio too. We hope to be back someday!

This condo exceeded all our expectations. The photos don't do it justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the unit is very well equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Communication and checkin was super simple and easy. The view off the lanai was stunning - we saw loads of whales, turtles, and spectacular sunsets. The rooftop access was also very nice to get 360 views of the ocean and Haleakala. Blackout shades and AC were awesome, though we just opened the windows and let the crossbreeze cool us down. Falling asleep to the sounds of waves below was wonderful each night. We also really appreciated access to boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and even coolers! Turn either direction, and you'll hit an amazing beach. Directly across the street are wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and shave ice options. Awesome stay!!

This was a very comfortable unit with some nice upgrades. Only a couple of nit picky items like one of the kitchen drawers wouldn't stay closed and was mostly left fully open, the hot water frequently stopped working, and only 1 of 3 screen doors actually worked. But the nice accommodations included the ultra-quiet microwave and dishwasher and laundry machines. Also, air conditioners in both bedrooms! The window shades were electric and always worked but it took a couple of tries before figuring out how to use it for an individual window. Overall, this place was really nice and I would definitely recommend it.

This property exceeded our expectations! From furnishings to location, it doesn't get better than the Royal Mauian 614. The condo is situated between two of South Maui's most beautiful beaches, both within walking distance. The rooftop grilling area and condo balcony allowed for spectacular views of the sunrise, ocean scape and sunsets. The condo was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed from cooking spices to beach gear. Matt with PMI Maui was particularly helpful and we appreciate all he did for us. We would absolutely recommend this condo.
