Kauai Kailani unit #213, located on the second floor: Embrace island living in this condo with pool and ocean views. Chic island décor and attractive furniture make this retreat a favorite for families or friends traveling together. This condo is located on the second floor, is serviced by an elevator, and has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

For home-cooked meals, the remodeled open full kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen has dishes and cookware. Begin the day on your lanai with a fresh pot of coffee or a freshly blended local fruit smoothie from your blender. Alternatively enjoy a quick meal at the breakfast bar, with seating for four guests.

A large lanai also offers beautiful views and a table and chairs for four. Adjacent to the lanai is the main living space with two plush sofas and a flat-screen television perfect for the evening news or catch up on the latest shows. One of the sofas converts into a sofa bed.

You can hear the gentle waves of the Pacific from the king-sized bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and updated vanity.

Unique features not available in many of the units include air conditioning, a stacked washer/dryer, and a reserved parking space. We also provide beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, and a selection of books and board games. Other features include a TV with cable and free Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay.

All guests at Kauai Kailani have access to two pools, a barbecue area, a recreation room, and the beach just outside your door. The resort is unsurpassed in access to local amenities, with a large supermarket and several restaurants literally just across the street.

The space and location were nice and convenient. The neighbors were all very kind and considerate as well. Small space for 5 people, but fit our budget. In unit laundry and the size of the kitchen were big perks. Kitchen was stocked well for quick meals. Bathroom could use a few more towels. Lanai helped add usable space to the unit. Beach gear was nice too. No real complaints other than the blocked ocean / view due to the beach restoration project in front of the unit.

KK213 is situated perfectly in Kapaa which makes traveling to the north or south shore so easy, and the setting couldn’t be more beautiful. Furnishings are comfortable and the a/c is a treat! Washer and dryer are a bonus too. Thank you for sharing this lovely condo with us.

On the first night the outlet surged when using the microwave. No maintenance until next morning so I had to move the microwave to another outlet but TV, Cable and interet service was out until the next day. Maintenance called next morning, took 2 hours to fix and again burnt out again so had to move the microwave and no internet or tv/cable again. Would like to be compensated for a night due to no phone service without wifi or no tv period.

The property was clean and right by the ocean. Easy to access pool. The air conditioner was a nice surprise. The guest room was perfect temp to sleep, the main bedroom was too hot even with cross breeze. It was nicely supplied for everything you would need for your stay.
