Directly outside the living room is a large manicured grassy lawn and the Fazio Golf Course. This gated condo is a short walk to the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, and a beautiful white sandy beach. Swimming pool and tennis courts on site! Welcome home to paradise!
The space:
The two bedrooms both have large King beds, and the loft room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. In the living room, there is a pull out Queen sofa bed. This condo is located in the most ideal location at Kuilima Estates, the “Gold Coast”, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and walk to fine dining at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort.
Guest access:
Enjoy three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickle ball all close by within the Kuilima West Estates.
Other things to note
Free parking is included with a dedicated parking space, plus space for 1 extra guest spot.
This property is separate from the Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Hotel/Resort. Guests have access to 3 pools within the condo property. The Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort pools and hot tubs are only for Ritz Carlton resort guests.

Comfortable condo, fit our needs. Good location. Plenty of kitchen items if you are needing something. Can't use turtle bay pool though. Would've been nice to know that before our trip, as it may have influenced our decision.

We loved staying at this property, very peaceful, lots to do. My only negative thought was that the kitchen items needed to be cleaner. Maybe the dishwasher isn’t working that well. Thank you for sharing your property!

Perfect location with great access to all the Turtle Bay amenities. Ideal for local beach access, hiking and fun food stands.

Property is larger than it appears in listing, nicely appointed & very clean. We enjoyed the pool very near our unit. Also the beach, restaurants, bars and amenities on the resort property, a 5 minute walk from the unit. Ample space for our family. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated. We loved that this place was pretty close to lots of beaches.l and to Turtle Bay. Lots of food trucks and restaurants near by. We were able to watch the Billabong surfing competition. That was a bonus.
