Thank you very much for a week wonderful stay .
It was very comfortable house .
Address was not show everything before check in so we got confused little .
I t need to shoe building 5 and D room.
We had a lots of mosquito so it was very hard to open window .
When we found out one of shower heads come off but they came very quickly and fix it .
It was great response and helpful.
Thank you very much again .
I am sure we will be there soon again !!

Starting with the town Waikoloa. We booked this place just days before we arrived because the place we had booked fell through (in a different town). We were not even considering Waikoloa because we thought it was far from things to do and food, shops etc. (WRONG !!). Turns out things happen for a reason and this was by far the best town for us. So glad we stayed there. This is the town we would go back to.
The condo .. The actual condo, location, neighborhood, grounds, condition, clean, stuff available for us to use, wow factor, bedrooms etc. (if I forgot to list it, it was still amazing) were all amazing. We used the coolers, bikes, snorkel equipment, grill, kitchen spices etc... We used it all. All was great.
This neighborhood was beautiful, and grounds were amazing.
I think the biggest surprise was the pool and the beach. We were concerned, the description does not do a great job. This pool was phenomimal and so warm. The staff was there to give towels and bathrooms were perfect. It was like 2 min max walk going slow. So close. And the beach.. was just a short walk on beautiful path. We loved the beach. Marriott and food very close by. So nice !! Sunset !!
The Hilton pass was included, we went for 20 min and quickly ran back . Loved condo pool better. Might have been fun if we had little ones.
The people we communicated with for questions about condo were very nice and prompt .
When we go back, we want exact condo !!

Six adults stayed here and we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. The appliances and such were all top of the line, but the the coffee pot that dripped everywhere and the floors that turned our feet black wasn’t the greatest. Every time we flushed our toilet we had to take the lid off and push the stopper down because it stuck! They said they would fix it when we left but I felt like they should have addressed it so I didnt have to put my hand in the tank after every time we used it. Some of the blinds didn’t work, the propane tank was empty even with a refill in the garage, we didn’t feel we needed to do that, but did. This condo has a lot to offer but I would suggest the owner have some maintenance and a thorough cleaning done before others rent it! Make sure you try the beach front restaurant at the Hilton as it was the best meal we had. We would definitely rent here again if all things were addressed. Mahalo

Our second stay in this condo village and it is the best location on the island. This condo was especially nice as it was well provisioned with everything you need for pool and beach, most of it brand new! The management firm had great communications. We will be back soon!
