Start your mornings on the third-floor lanai for sunrise and end the day at Charley Young beach for spectacular sunsets. Watch turtles cruising the waves and spot whales offshore during the winter season.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide space and privacy for couples or families. The Queen bedroom features an ocean view. A sliding door creates a bed/bath suite. The garden side bedroom can be arranged as a King-sized bed OR two Twin-XLs. (Please request at time of booking). Use the sleeper sofa, with its new custom memory foam mattress, to accommodate up to two more guests. Located across the street from some of Maui’s most desirable stretches of sand, this lovely condo is just steps to snorkeling, boogie boarding, SUP, and strolling along the 1.5 miles of connecting Kamaole beaches.

**The Maui Coast Hotel is in the process of expanding its accommodations next door, which will continue into 2023. When completed there will be even more shops and restaurants within walking distance. The work will be happening Mon-Fri 7am to 4 pm.

Enjoy a tropical home away from home.  This top-floor unit is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Kihei. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to feed the family.  Grocery and food deliveries are also easy options. 
 
Guests will find an assortment of items they need for beach days with chairs, umbrella, large and small coolers, sand toys, and a wagon to carry it all. For evenings at home, the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Ultra-large capacity-sized washer and dryer make laundry easy and convenient. Split air conditioning allows individual climate control for each room. 4K Samsung televisions provide TV and streaming entertainment choices. The complex also features a swimming pool and hot tub open from 8:30 AM to 10 PM. Several gas grills are available for guest use.

Gorgeous condo in a great central location. Owner was so helpful - we tried most of the recommended local restaurants - sooo good. Great whale watching from lanai and the beach! Hope we can make it back some day!

I want to thank Suzanne for opening up her property for others to use. Her condo is centrally located in Kihei and had everything you needed for a perfect stay and more than enough room for our family of 4. Check-in was seamless and there were no issues locating the parking or unit. Suzanne was also very responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend her place to others looking for a place to stay on the island.

Suzanne’s place is perfect for a family with children who want to be a 5 min walk from the beach. The condo was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, the A/Cs worked great, the host provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and wagon, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Suzanne went the extra mile to leave us snacks and a few groceries as she knew our flight would be arriving late at night and we had a 3-year old. There was also lots of beach toys provided that our son loved playing with. She was very easy to communicate with leading up to our trip and during. I could not find one thing wrong with our stay, it was lovely. If you want a relaxing vacation close to the beach, look no further. We will definitely be back

Our second stay in Maui was amazing with the help of our stay in this amazing condo. It was absolutely perfect for me and my family. The location was perfect and the condo had everything we absolutely needed. Suzanne was so easy to get ahold of and replied to my messages in no time. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to Maui. We spent 7 days with our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice appliances. The beds (even the pull out) were very comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The beach supplies were a terrific bonus, having the snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers and more made exploring, and beach time (very close walk across the street) easy and most enjoyable. We had great communications with the owner and found check in and check out very easy. Definitely recommend this property! 5 stars all the way around.

Our overall stay was great, the location was within walking distance to the beach, abc store, and restaurants. The communication between host was easy, she always answered any questions we had. I would recommend this condo if you plan on visiting Maui!!
