Palms at Wailea 1203, offers the perfect location in Wailea. This 2-bedroom/2-bath ground-level unit surrounded by lush landscaping makes this a great Hawaiian retreat!

Ideally situated just uphill from gorgeous Keawekapu Beach, The Palms at Wailea is an architect-designed two-story only complex with charming Mediterranean accents, and beautifully manicured grounds, including two lily ponds joined by a charming stream.

This lovely condo is open and inviting. The living area is a great place to relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a large sectional offering a queen sleeper, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the beautiful tropical surroundings. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything the inspired home chef would need. The dining table allows seating for six. The guest bedroom is a great setup with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The guest bath is located conveniently adjacent with a shower. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in the primary bedroom. With a king-size bed and a ceiling fan.

Split AC throughout to keep cool anytime of year. Washer/dryer for added convenience.

This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and Jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords. The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

Property is as seen in pictures. Great for couples or family. Kitchen is well appointed. Easy mile walk to a great beach. Lizards and toads aplenty along the stream. Kids will love it. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this was one of the best condos we've stayed in. We visit Maui at least once a year and always stay in condos for kitchen and washing machines. Beach was just a little walk away, outdoor space for seating and grilling was fantastic. Space within was also amazing. One issue we had were ants that you their way into sealed packaged items on the counters. We moved all bread into the fridge and then didn't see them anymore.

Very good. Unit very clean. Guest relations responded next day when we had a problem with the microwave and immediately had an answer regarding internet problem. Enjoyed the new air conditioning system and new toilets since previous visit in 2020. Only complaint was the small size & poor quality of the beach towels. We have booked again for 2024. Don Bailey

We liked the unit. Have stayed many times before at Palms at Wailea in different units. We love to prepare evening dinners on the lanai so the kitchen facilities and lanai are important to us. The BBQ did not work properly on arrival but was replaced quickly. We left behind a beach umbrella, more wine glasses and steak knives. Unit was clean. An upgrade of some of the furniture in the living room and on the lanai will be in order soon.
