Great little spot. No air conditioning but the ocean breeze was lovely.
Found the property old and looking lifeless. Owner tried to upscale with lots of pictures. Kitchen cabinets very old. Tile floors need replacements. Nice sliding doors but NO SCREENS? Got stuffy at nite since could not leave doors open.
Exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable condo right on the water. We watched whales and sea turtles for hours, and just a short drive or walk to shopping and restaurants. We’ll be back!
Great location in west Maui. Property folks were very nice, helpful and the full-time residents very kind. This complex had its own beach which can be hit or miss based on property photos, with lots of turtles! Primary bedroom positioned perfectly to hear the waves crashing all night. My only nit was the ocean water was warmer than the pool.
The condo is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed the small sandy beach. Lovely to just sit on the lanai and watch the turtles graze. We noticed the floor wasn't very clean, so we wore house slippers. Great location and great condo!
Amazing trip, amazing location. Only downside is no A/C (which we knew and are ok without) and no screen doors on the sliding patio doors (which we didn’t know, and would have chosen another unit if we had known). Been staying on these condos for nearly 30 years and will always come back. Saw sea turtles, sting rays and dolphins from our balcony. Paradise!
After contacting VRBO I was directed to another property management company. I rented my unit three to four weeks before we were scheduled to go. Two days before we are to leave I get an E mail that the condo I reserved is not available. How am I to find a place on Friday afternoon when I am scheduled to leave Monday morning. No remorse, no compensation from the company. Only excuse is nothing they can do because all their condos are privately owned. IF I cancelled I'd be losing all my money.
We were grateful for all the communication and support on our stay. The construction going on will provide wonderful visual improvements in the future.
The unit is well appointed with everything you need. Our fan died so they provided a new one. Our vacuum battery wouldn't hold charge so they provided us a replacement. They gals I spoke to were polite and courteous. They resolutions were prompt and confirmed.
We would work with this company again.
Each weekday morning at 9:00 am the construction crew arrived. Throughout the remainder of the day until 5:00 pm we were unable to be in our condo due to drilling concrete and hammering often with workers on a scissor lift right in front of our balcony. Loved our condo and love Nohonani so it was a disappointment to have gone and have had no prior notification of the construction.
Beautiful condo. Amazing location right on the water. Super nice pool for the kids . Definitely recommend!!
