Great place to stay. Have been coming to the palms for years and enjoy the place. This home is in the central courtyard looking at the pool area but oh so quiet and peaceful. Great communication and well kept property!
Our absolute favorite thing about this property was watching the sunset from the pool just steps away from the back doors of the condo. The unit looks exactly like the photos and is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beach towels are included for the pool or nearby beaches. The property grounds are beautiful and quiet. We are thankful for the opportunity to spend time here and would absolutely return. The owners were very helpful and responsive and were even able to accommodate our last-minute, late check-out request which helped us tremendously. My only notes would be to inquire on the pool rules if you have young children as they seemed to be an ongoing issue for families with younger children. This was not an issue for our family, but an observation.

The best part about this unit is the location. Close to the pool with a great view. The kitchen was equipped with a handful of everyday staples like sugar, milk, basic spices, oil, vinegar etc. Overall a great experience. We would definitely book this unit again.
The Unit was wonderfully supplied with beach, bathroom, kitchen needs. The location to the pool and beach was perfect. The Master bed frame should be replaced it's dangerous and the bed is worn and uncomfortable.The master bedroom needs blackout curtains since it's next to the the public walkway to the pool and there is no privacy. The pull out bed/couch also is uncomfortable. We liked the unit location and most of the furnishings.

The property is clean and very spacious. Convenient and easy access to Wailea/Kihei and all other pat of Maui. The host was kind, nice and very helpful to our requests and needs. I would love to stay there again in future. Mahalo!

Great location, easy access without any stairs, lanai was large and protected from wind and sun, close to the pool, generally well equipped and responsive owners.
This condo was the best for our family visiting Maui for a week long stay. It had everything we could possibly need for our kids and for the beach etc. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out. There is a nice pool just steps away from the condo and we were able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes.
The condo was well located with parking right in front and the pool only a short walk away. It was well appointed with extras that most condos don’t have. We would definitely rent it again.
