Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly, I was holding my breath as I was worried this was a scam. Too good to be true. When we drove up and walked into this house I almost cried. This place was better than I could have expected. It was perfect for my family of 4, two daughters, 10 and 12 years old and my parents. We spent days here, enjoying the pool and relaxing in the outdoor seating area. This house is not close to restaurants, stores, etc. Beaches are about 10 minute drive, closest grocery store is about 20 minutes, airport is about 45 minutes away. We went to Costco when we landed before going to the house which was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was available and the property managers were so helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. This entire process was simple and easy and we cannot wait to book another stay here! Thank you to the homeowners for sharing this lovely peace of heaven with my family!

We stayed September last year also, ocean views and sunset, watching stars, everything perfect!! Installed brand new air conditioner, we turned on only a few hours while no breezes.
