Included is also one assigned covered parking spot, available guest parking, and as an end unit there is only one other door past yours. Want to stay cool? We have AC and the unique trade winds here provide cooler temperatures during humidity. Nestle in your beachfront stay here with a book from our little onsite library by the pool and make yourself at home with our poolside BBQ's where you can picnic steps from the ocean on our grassy lawn. Take a quick dip in our oceanfront heated pool, harbored baby beach. Haycraft is our quiet little beach at the end of the cul de sac; be sure to check it out enjoy the 5-mile uninterrupted stretch of beach from Maalaea to Sugar Beach in Kihei as a great morning stroll with the sunrise as your backdrop!
Enjoy the majestic views of Haleakala Volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island, the west Maui mountains, turtles, and the rare opportunity to whale watch right from your lanai (in whale season around November-April).
The Maalaea Village is a quick 4 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the condo and hosts shopping, dining, and rental gear options along with a variety of whale watching and snorkeling tours daily. Additional entertainment options include the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, Maui Golf & Sports Park, and several hiking choices such as Lahaina Pali Trail, Kealia Coastal Boardwalk.
Maalaea's central location makes it simple to visit Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kihei, Wailea, Paia, Kapalua, and is located 9 miles south of the airport, 8 miles from Costco, and 7 miles from Target.

This condo was everything we were hoping for in our stay in Maui. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and dishes to cook our own food. And the view from the balcony was incredible.
The condo is directly adjacent to the harbor of Maalaea where you can catch whale-watching tours. And it is centrally located to everything else on the island.
The advertised A/C works, but not great. And it makes the balcony (our favorite part of the condo) hot and noisy. But this was not an issue for us- there are screens on all the windows and the building is situated to make the most of the breeze. After a disappointing A/C performance, we opened everything up and the breeze kept it cool and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves.

We especially liked the ocean front 3rd floor. We had ocean waves 24 hrs a day and enjoyed viewing the turtles when they came in to feed, right from our lanai.

Perfect spot for views of the bay, Haleakala and sunrise. Fantastic condo, loved the balcony and big windows facing the ocean. Hosts were very helpful and did a great job communicating.

Place was beautiful and view was amazing. Having coffee each morning on the lanai, checking out the marina was a nice start to the day especially when the whales were kind enough to entertain us in the bay. Location is perfectly situated for accessing highways for each day of exploring.

We’ve stayed in several condos in Maalaea. This was our favorite so far! Beautiful place in a great location. Very clean, quiet, lovely views and great whale watching from the lanai! We plan to return!

The location and view was fabulous. Holly gave us great information. It was easy to find. Shops and groceries were nearby. We hope to return to the same condo.

Property had fantastic views & was very clean! Was all we needed for our mother -daughter trip. The only downside was the surrounding area didn’t have much going on. There was a general store, a few shops and a couple restaurants that closed pretty early, so if you wanted to do anything, you had to drive. The condo could have used a few more bath towels. The beach towels were small & thin. There was no Keurig or blender. I had a hard time reaching the property manager but eventually found out she had some health issues so was understandable.
