Located in the oceanfront Niihau Building, your top-floor corner unit features unobstructed ocean views. Enjoy morning coffee and the sound of the waves on your breezy private lanai. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, high-speed WiFi, TV, and beach towels.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

Third-floor unit, no elevator.
Spalling repair will begin on June 23rd, and expected to be completed by August 18th. Construction on the railings, walkways, and stairs will take place between 9:00 am, and 5:00 pm.
Please note Islander on the Beach will be doing spalling repairs. The spalling project will begin 12/1/25. The lanai will be blocked off to guests from 12/1-12/15 at minimum. The view may also be obstructed during this time.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
